Hello! So I was playing on my other account and this following moment occurred which I can't explain (In the replay, the time of the moment is 05:36 http://wotreplays.eu/site/5431538#glacier-champion_of_the_world-kv-2). I was playing my KV-2 in Glacier map and I was camping in the middle, to try to take out enemies last tank ( SU-85). So when I took a shot at the SU-85 player, my teammate (Cromwell) rushed towards the SU-85 (in an attempt to ram him I think) and I accidentally hit my own teammate, but the splash took out the SU-85 anyways. But my question is, how the SU-85 rammed Cromwell to death after I killed the SU-85?  (SU-85 got the Kamikaze medal to prove that he rammed Cromwell to death) Also, the kill log (screenshot below) shows that Firstly I hit my own teammate, after that, I killed the SU-85 and then SU-85 kills Cromwell by ramming. Can anyone explain this? Shouldn't Cromwell be left alive?

When a tank gets destroyed there's still a small time to get ramming damage from it.

I guess it's there to give the "victim" some ramming damage. For example if the SU had only 1HP left the Cromwell would have lost more than 1HP because the SU doesn't instantly lose the ramming capability when it gets destroyed.

I thought that the official cause of death on the Cromwell's crew was supposed to be listed as "covid"?

(Sorry, reading too much news lately)

It's probably something similar to how you can be killed by the piece of a tank that falls on you, that you get stuck on top of, etc.

Exactly how that all is progranmed or how it works = ????

One question is how the events registered on the server, the order/timing might not be exactly the same as you see them in your client when they happen within a split second, be it live or in the replay.

Just a bit of lag making things happen in a different order to how you see them, or client prediction getting it wrong and being over ruled by the server.

=> Server-side replay or it didn't happen.
