Hello,

Has anyone found that tier 1-3 has better games than high tiers, no arty spoiling every game

(just had game where I lost all hp to arty no one else in live oaks) 7 times hit by them even though I was moving the whole time pushing, whereas low tiers they are less of an issue no arty stun, generally only 1 per team and innacrte

also, the gameplay is much better, maps are good, mines and himesdorf, and it gives me less stress, I play high tiers and it just makes me angry whereas low tiers are fun to play

The game is not fun with arty in it, so many players leave because of this one thing, arty stun makes them worse, they are still hitting for too much dmg and even arty players THEMSVLES dont like more than 1 per team

also many more historical tanks at tier 1-3 less fakes and actually the teams are better

has anyone else fonund that low tiers gives you more satisfaction than high tiers?

also low tiers have +1/-1 mm so none of this bs gold spam you see on high tiers

you know id happily pay £50 every month to never have to see arty again

4 game in t7 car already enjoying the game much more,

why? no arty, good maps, good team, tense games, just what I like

you get much less 15:0 games here

You're not forced to play "high tiers" mate. Just play whatever you enjoy, for me personally, i like to play T7-T9 games, it might sounds wrong, but i enjoy T7 games and as a proof? Check my Leo stats. :)

I don't care about being a bottom tier, i just fight the right guns in the right way and etc.

Long story short. Play what you like and enjoy the most.

I normally play at Tiers 3 to 6, which I find more fun, with the occasional 2 or 8.

As OP says, the skill level down there is surprisingly high in most games

they should allow missions to be done from all tiers

I must admit, I do like playing in the low tiers. Spend most of my time in tier 2-6 where you don't get outspotted as soon as you move etc. More fun.

Like a "deal 150k damage" mission with the mission requirement being tier 1.

That's the trick, missions would be completed with ease. Just remember me, how hard is it to seal club players down in T2-3? :D

(Imagine completing 6 kills missions, I've seen players getting 10 kills in one match dude. Great idea. :))

I have gotten 10 kills at T7 aswell. And it do happen at T8, T9 and T10. Though at those,  I have only managed like 8 or 9.

Right...

All the "Block X times tank HP" and such would be a joke.

Somehow, I didn't even think this was possible. I've re-discovered a new deep hatred for arty after I've started playing my lovely T95, like holy crap, I didn't think it was possible to get focused this much but T95 is literally the biggest arty magnet in the game, no doubt and I can't do anything about it.

I remember on Prokhorovka which is the most arty-hell map in the existence of wot, I went to the A/B side which was my only option when 3 arty was on it, I did decent, managed to block 3k dmg shots, spotted a few enemies but here's the twister, I did this all from spawn since I literally could not move out of spawn without getting spotted and losing half of my health by arty (which actually happened btw, I legit lost 70% of all my hitpoints all by arty, literally no other tank penned me)
Didn't help half the game there was an ebr who kept driving into our base now and then respotting me and boom a couple on stuns as an early Christmas gift.

You take 10.12% hits from HE

I take 2.91% hits from HE

Every time someone has a moan about arty I can't help noticing that you wonder how on earth they managed to get hit so much

I can only assume that it is by camping in obvious arty kill zones

Well sure that might be the case for the majority of tanks, but because I'm driving a slow big fat tank that is the second/third slowest in the game. No joke, I've gotten hit by arty a surprising amount at the start of a lot of matches cause some ebr/light tank found me and arty focus me knowing that they got the time to aim carefully in on me. considering my super snail speed of an amazing top 20 kmph. They do sure have quite the time to aim onto me.

Now add that on top of any map without buildings and every time I peek out for giving out a shot, boom spotted and I'm not fast enough to pull into cover again before all 3 arty has already aimed onto me.

Quite true given that missions may lead to people no longer playing to win but to chase some weird mission requirements.

I also have a T95 and haven't noticed all that much arty damage to it

As you take almost 4 times as much arty damage as me overall I can't help thinking there might be a wider issue

I think its pretty clear that if you cant play at high tiers you should stick to the lower end where tanks arent really developed well and the gameplay and a bit more simplified
