Ping is obviously just fine, PC is relatively good .. The ghost shell is at 10:10

I wouldn't be surprised if they have increased.

For me, it have went from never having them to actually notice that some shells might have been a ghost shell.

Corona-chan brought a lot of stress to the servers and these have been really common nowadays. Glad its much better compared to March and April time

friday a platoon mate of mine had the same ..he sayd he hit the enemy dead on (was raging in Discord)....but on my screen he clearly missed (stood next to him)

proberly server related.

This shows again that the battle results are known from the start and WG is manipulating the game. This is why RNG was introduced right ?

Everything is decided by server, it was stupid decision, but maybe its because enemy was 1 shot? Or enemy team just had to win? I have those too, shooting at distant enemies, shell flies and then.... Nothing

As i was going to russian forum recently, they have answers from developers section. And answer from developer was, there is no rng in server, every miss, bounce, lost or win is decided by server before the battle. And server knows 75% outcome of the battle. The same words you can see in russian streamers youtube videos from time to time.

There has to be some way to ensure you lose in case the enemy hasn't got enough mods to slaughter you easily.

i dont think there are cheaters in game. If game decides one team bounces or miss few first shots, its all need to make other team start roll snowball for a 3-15

No, it shows sometimes online games can be affected by lag and packet loss, a fact that we've only been aware of for the last thirty years so no reason you would have heard of it.

Last night (while playing) I was sure that I had about 10-20 ghost shells over a few matches.

It's more likely that I've fallen back into the bad habit of moving my mouse slightly as I fire.  I've been too lazy to look at the replays to check out which it was.

Not saying there aren't any ghost shells BTW. Just that in my case it's usually been something else.

Exactly. Though not necessarily server related. Can be anywhere in the connection from your computer, over the router, over your provider, etc... to the server. All it needs is a hiccup of some milliseconds in the data flow.

The server registers a miss and your client receiving that data but lagging behind is "there's a tank there, but it misses", and so the shot goes right through it.

100000% thru but dont shout it to hard you get banned from the forum etc etc

since 1.9 laggggggggggg ghost shells etc

Neither of which is especially relevant - it is more the stability of the connection than the speed.

Ping is only to one part of the sever, as in the login server used as a common baseline, not the other parts of the server you are connected to. The green light is only to a few parts of the server. Not every string of data you get. And as everything goes to the server and back, you only need a slight delay somewhere for that shell to be shown differently on your client vs what the server says. Usually indicated by an impact behind the target that differs vs the tracer etc.

Why are you lying about getting banned for claiming that the game is rigged? That's never happened. In fact, there's several other, rather heated, active threads on the subject happening at the moment and no one's been banned from them.

Lying and using hyperbole removes all credibility you may have had from your claims.

It's almost like bans on the forum are because of the moderators and other people, just like not getting good results is the fault of other players on your teams and the system being rigged against you, am I right?
