Is it just me, or do do UDES 3 need to fix the suspension system.

I'm not sure it works quite as intended.

You can manually control suspension on UDES, if you aim down in sniper mode UDES will raise suspension like in the picture, if you aim up it will lower it.

It's a bit weird because UDES doesn't have fixed gun like other Swedish TDs.

I think the OP means that Udes is not touching the ground there on the left side? Or so it seems? I think it's just the angle of the pic that deceits

Looks like a dog about to take a piss :P

Same as the Svenska High Tier Mediums.

This post seems to serve as a good filter for finding out which forumites have the eye of an eagle.

This reminds me of my very first forum post, a suggestion to manually control this up/down by using the R/F keys while in siege mode after describing the whole process of how to raise the tank's height.

The picture is not tilted.

The gun is pointing horizontally, yet the whole tank is raised.

Homehow it doesn't look right to me.

Even though it's an interesting suggestion, but i don't think WG will try it out. Because it's only one tank in the whole line that does like that, Strv 103's or even Ikvs are not like this.

I know that. My suggestion featured screenshots on the C3 window in Himmelsdorf, so that one could go up to shoot and then back down. Same for a multitude of rocks in many maps. Just a different way to peek-a-boom, but instead there's this very awkward mechanism that takes too long to use to become that interesting. Of course it's needed in some places, but it lacks a dynamic that could easily be fixed.

He's using the gun elevation, that's all. People sometimes raise the tank that way so they can shoot over small obstacles.

When playing that tank, I would often not even get into siege mode at all, at the expense of reload time, simply because switching modes takes too long. I would back the tank into a ramp so the back got raised and then used the gun elevation to shoot while always being ready to gtfo whenever needed.
