I have spend hours just to get automated answers from different named bots.

So far none of them has give me any actual answer or help.

 

What is your experience?

Probably real humans just copy pasting responses. What was your issue?

Trying to find out why I can play with one account, but not this one.

That's wierd. What happens when you try to log in in the client? Perhaps you are banned for something?

I am not banned.

I can log-in, but this account gets disconnected after few seconds or after a battle.

It started after the last big update, but then it dissapeared.

I have played about a week no problem, but it came back three days ago.

Today I have not able to play a single battle with this account.

Ok, So Account A has problems but Account B does not. 

I assume you play them both on the same PC? 

Have you set anything differently of the other account?

Are you running mods on A but not B, or different mods on each?

 

Try running Pingplotter while playing, get 2 outputs, one for each account and compare.

No. Safe mode, default settings nothing works.

Pure vanilla.

Interesting, but there is a little problem, you know.

This is a crappy PC, but that does not tell why sometimes it works and sometimes not.

I can't see any pattern.

I wouldn't say they're useless at all, they responded to all tickets I submitted. No so quick but I always get a response back

I got responses too.

They were quick, but automated and utterly useless.

One account has in game settings, for graphics for example, that are possibly more demanding? Different accounts after all have individual settings for them.

Got many players banned 1 week for pushing and abusing physics so it's not useless. (You know they are banned by looking at the last battle in the player profile)

Same settings on same computer.

Should not be the reason for "connection interrupted".

The account that has no problems, I can use any settings I want. I can put everything on max. Naturally i can't play with those settings, but the game is not kicking me out.

I put in a complaint a while back. Got no response to the complaint, but did get an email asking me to take a survey about whether I was happy with the response I got.

so, it could be a cache issue with a setting on the PC itself, or it could be a server side issue with your accounts "save file".

it would be a lot easier to determine if its the PC on your end, or your account server side if you had another PC you could log in on?

 

if that's not possible, have you tried clearing the cache, the game and everything WG related and re-installed? that way, we could theoretically discount your PC as the cause and you'd have some evidence and backup against support.
