Just got home from work, and was planning to buy this, as one of the few tanks I don't have I want, 4 left, like WTF, went to buy, and unavailable, could understand if this was the Type 59 Gold, but it's sales are being used to support the Tank Museum and at the end of it's its a pretty meh tier 6, surely there should be an unlimited number available to buy!

Guess I will have to wait till next year to see if it's available again.

Me too. Just got home from work on the 26th. Only the camo appears in my premium shop page.

Also the article says the offers are available from 0700 on the 25th.

Well, I looked at the premium shop yesterday, the 25th.

The tank and camo was NOT there.

So what gives Wargaming?

I would have bought the tank and the camo.

Now I am really pissed off Wargaming.

Yet another fail.

Just got home from work and would've bought a Tiger to support the museum, but it's out of stock... Why the f***k do you limit the amounts when it's for charity?!

Just went in to buy this, a 12h shift and was looking forward to a German crew, spend 5 minutes looking for it. IT WAS LIMITED?

Why?

Add the legendary Tiger 131 to your collection in support of The Tank Museum in Bovington.
The full text of the news item

Why no news here of the damn thing being limited in numbers? You do know many of the mugs spending on your game work and have lives?

WHY OH WHY WG??

Such small amount of tanks. Its a 5 day sale but only a few thousands were available?!! Why? I thought WG wanted to support the museum? but not too much?

I guess they are afraid to give away all profits it could give them in future sales??

after all its just a medior tank and it is not on the top of my wish list, but I would have bought it to support the museum and get me a historical looking tank in my collection as a nice gesture.

Strange a 4 day sale with such few numbers available.so out of stock in a few hours.

Shame on you WG for not really wanting to support the museum in full. Its like an empty shell

I just hope you change your mind and make some more available (unlimited??) to really support the museum.

If you don't want to buy the Tiger 131 and support the Tank Museum you can still donate via the link below :)

https://tanks.ly/DONATE

I wanted to buy the Tiger 131, I might have bought two, but Wargaming basically bum us sad idiots who work long hours yet keep spending money on the game, I was up at 5am today, working my [edited]off for 12h, seen this during my break, get home and "THIS OFFER ISNT AVAILABLE FOR YOU" is the message I get.

So if you want to support the Museum why was it limited.

Its as pathetic as the stupid deal times blackmarket that again many UK adults with jobs lose out on.

Have this tank since launch, nice one to add to your collection, including BIA crew. Tiger at tier 6 is where it can shine, atleast better then it's tech tree counterpart at tier 7. Haven't played it in randoms for a long time though..

shine at tier 6 when you get there but most of time be free hps for tier 7 and 8

Here's an idea all of you moaning about the way this is set up how about each of you donating directly to the Tank Museum itself.

If you do send them a donation which you can do on their home page consider clicking the gift aid link it adds 25% at no cost to yourself.

I’d rather donate to foundations that are closer to home or operating internationally. Thank you very much.

When it comes in a package like this however, sure! I would like to buy/donate this tank. So pretty disappointing to check in day 1/2 of the event and find nothing. I’d say that is valid feedback. Not moaning. But hey, suit yourself ;)

Originally Tiger 1 was a T6 tank and Tiger 2 a T7 but at some point they made Tiger 1 a T7 and Tiger 2 a T8 which "destroyed" both of them, especially Tiger 1.

Hi everyone,
We are very pleased so many of our players have liked what we have prepared for you and have chosen to support The Tank Museum – the proceeds from this sale will go towards a great cause.

You can however still support The Tank Museum directly here (https://tanks.ly/DONATE), but we will also bring back a ‘’few’’ more Tiger 131s up for sale next week – we will share more details early next week and give you a heads up ahead of time so you have a fair chance to grab your very own Tiger 131 and support The Tank Museum.

The camouflage is still up for grabs if you’d like to pick one up.

Don’t forget to tune in for the streams :)

I don't want to support the museum directly. I want to buy a premium Tiger.

If you do put some more up for sale next week, then no doubt they will all have been sold before I have a chance to buy one.

Why didn't you just say that 50% of each sale goes to the Tank Museum and the other 50% goes to Wargaming.

Then you could sell as many as you like and both parties get money off of us suckers.

Come on Wargaming, you know limited numbers sales never work. They always piss paying customers off.

It does seem silly to limit numbers you sell and limit it to one tank though yes Tiger 131 is one of the museums better known exhibits.

Could have offered a number of Historical tanks given a percentage of the price to the museum but not limited number.

More sales more profit for WG and the Museum.

For that matter just give a Percentage to the Museum from and and all sales in the store for the duration of the event.

Great news we still get a chance to get the tank and support the museum at te same time.

Because you wrote "few"between quotes i hope I have to read "many"in between the lines.

If WG is not willing to support the museum that much and decides to only use a small quantity again I hope you wil devide it in smaller quantities, to sell them at different scheduled times so more people, lhave a chance to buy one.

How utterly ridiculous to put a limit on sales of this item!

I don't really want or need the tank - it's average at best - but I do want to support the Tank Museum, a place I've visited on numerous occasions, including several Tankfests!

If WG really want to do everything in their power to support the museum they should let these sales roll on and on. It's hardly as if too many Tiger 131's would be a game breaker, is it?

Before anyone points this out, I know I can (and have) support the museum in other ways but it's hardly the point.

I can only assume that the sale limit is to do with the fact that all the funds go to the museum so the money-grabbing greed meisters would miss out. Instead they put the TS-5 on sale to try and make more money.

Badly planned and even worse execution of this event - shame on you Wargaming!
