This new advanced comm interface should be optional with an on/off switch in settings, it's extremely distracting.

Pls add function to on or off battle communication sounds, very annoying!

totally unusefull because people in FFA don't read chat and don't look at their map, perheaps because WG gives so much bonus to reach so fast tiers 10 than we see there people with less than 3 k battles who don't know anything from game mechanics and maps (then read map or chat....).

=> could be usefull if other problems were solved before, just now 90 % unusefull.

Don't remove Affirmative and Negative message, it can really be usefull.
Also, 'I'm flipped' would be helpful as optional message (that can be disabled in game options if someone don't need it but also can be used if someone wants it).

The beeps for pinging the maps are real annoying the pitch is way too high. And can i have a toggle to keep old pings not the annoying triangle that distracts you instead of helps you. Why not use the Frontline ping system that one was great. This new one just makes me not react to all the annoying pings or turn them all off.

And when i turned on battle notification the first one , i got to see the enemy base  circle  again on the field and the mini map. I do not need to see the enemy base on the field just the mini map.

Looks like promising improvement of the gameplay experience

I'll expect this to improve the quality of team communication and lessen the amount of pingspam.

Good stuff, looking forward to it.

It's on the first settings page.  I'll get a screenshot later.

I found the new battle info stuff to be difficult to follow and use, it was very confusing.

At this moment in time, I doubt I would use it, and as others have noted, the constant pinging gets very distracting.

I will test this again (if I get time to do more testing), and see if I can understand its operation better to give some

meaningful feedback, but presently it has confused me totally.

And as @sokolicc stated, having a message you can throw up stating 'Help, I have flipped at x/x spot' would be good.

Impressions from a few battles, too much stimuli.. I mean you have far far too much pinging and spamming of the new features.

People being able to place markers in theory isn't bad, perhaps limit it to platoons? or give us a feature to only see it from our platoon mates.

In any case as it is right now I'll be be turning it off if all 14 others on my team can place markers etc.

At the moment people are testing it out so there's much more than there would be once people know how it works.

First few weeks on the live server are likely to be similar though.

I mean yea this is true, when Jack in his 268 doesn't get spots on phrok from some 'noob lt' we're going to get 50 "attention to location" before 10 mins is over though.. so we need something to stop this.

(And Jack will have Percy, Michael and Piotrek with him doing it also I may add)

And I suspect some people have been testing that too.  I suggest you do.

Ye but his point is stil valid.

Like disabling the chat, let us disable pings if it gets annoying and just have old fashioned square ping.

I could understand that the system needed a bit of an update, but it feels like there's just too much info going on: too many markers on the map, enemy tagging of different versions, too many things interconnected with each other.. the system tries to be simpler, but ends up being too confusing and distracting.

You could've just easily replaced the map pings (based on map zones/squares) with the frontline system where you have a dot where you pinged and it would've been a perfectly fine change. Subtle and simple.

My point is, and i have noticed with other UI stuff that WG has done even on the Sandbox, don't completely change things just for the sake of changing them. I don't agree with overhauling a system that worked before, even if it was somewhat limited and outdated, just for the sake of bringing everything into a new era. Yes, the old pinging system needed a bit of updating, but not too much. Simpler is sometimes better.

Is there way to have everything turned on on minimap and in battle but to have sound turned off. It's so childish to hear those sounds or beeps... Childish and annoying.
23:30 Added after 1 minute
And yes, too many infos on battlefield. Let us choose it only for minimap.
