I contacted wargaming via ticket ID 125391738 To advised I have a console account I have not used since 2017 and could the gold be transferred to my pc account and War gaming have replied to advise they are closing my PC account, the person who responded clearly did not bother to read my emai, and sent a generic response.

 

What can I do now ?

You could send a support ticket explain the problem

orrrrrr...

You could have a meltdown crying on camera and upload that to tictoc.

I wonder what option you choose.

Maybe you should've sent a ticket from within the console Player Support category instead. https://console.wargaming.net/support/en/

 

Edit: To add, I don't think you can ask for another account to be deactivated...you have to log in to that account, and ask about its deactivation with it.

The console and PC games are completely separate they will not transfer gold from one to the other anyway.

 

I am surprised they said they would close your account and did not simply direct you to use the system in place which gives 45 days grace period.

 

All you can do is reopen the ticket.

Had contact with support at least a few times, can't say they don't read what i said.

My point was more that this forum is nothing but WG official venting hub, you come here to vent your frustrations, complain but you have to be aware that yelling against a wall in your basement is more productive.

 

Anything game related has to go through support.

What are the odds of something happening if you send no ticket v's the chances of something happening if you do?  A fishing village in Iceland once saved their harbour from a lava flow by pumping millions of gallons of water onto it.  They did not give up after their first attempts failed,

What are the chances that complaining to us about it when we can do nothing about it is gong to fix your issue?

Or you could not be a [edited]. His last encounter with Support was disastrous, so it is logical that he asks here how to go about it.

Same here. Since I started playing Ive been in contact with support twice. Both times they were very helpful, and resolved my issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Not being me ain't an option, if that is to someones liking or not isn't my concern.

 

And i disagree on the logic part. If your house is on fire and you call 911 just to have someone reply "haha" you aren't going to the nearest bar to ask random people on what to do now. That is rather illogical, even karens know that and demand to speak to the manager.

No, you go to your helpful neighbour who has had multiple firefighting training courses. He might not like what you vote for, but he will help you contain the fire, because he is that kind of guy.

that tool is a PM I send to him, offering him a certain hint. In other news, If I had a xenophobic miser like you for a neighbour, maybe I would let your house burn down.
