i've used quickybabys modpack for a short time then i swapped to aslians mod pack as it had alot more features (of which i only used a few)

but i feel downloading 180 megabytes from my browser at 1 mb/s is quite painful considering how many times the modpack needs to be updated.

xvm isnt really something i care about alot, since its mostly only usefull for artillery players looking to target certain people.

but other than quickybabys and aslians modpacks i really dont know what other modpacks people are using, offcourse im not looking for the kind of dirty semi-cheating stuff because that just ruins the fun of the game.

and also i dont really care if people hate the mods or not, since wargaming allowed them i and many others are using them.

dont hate the player, hate the game. or in this case, hate the developer?

3 mins of your life is that much of a hardship?

You could probably download the mods you actually want separately and make your own modpack but that'll take you a lot longer.

You don't need to update the modpack unless the update contains something you use.

Try Oldskool's ProMod  https://www.oldskool.vip/en/about/?lang=en

I use it together with the hybrid server marker - https://awfultanker.torvox.eu/servermarker.html

Both available on the official WG hub if you don't want to download direct.

ProMod requires .Net framework, is it included in one of the download links of their website? or is it the second link you posted?

edit: sorry that was stupid of me :)

Is there such a thing as a best modpack, everyone will have their own favourites, for me personally, the only one ot have is Budy69's modpack, has everything I need including xvm should I choose to use it (I don't), best feature for me is the handbrake removal for all TD's, although listening to music other than the vanilla game music in the hangar is nice too.

If the website isn't https://wgmods.net/ then use with extreme care.

I found one called 'Vanilla'.....it has most of what I need, with the added bonus of never having to worry about being banned.;)

Why do you update it all the time?

I update it a few days after a patch when I know everything is fixed and working correctly, then I forget about it until the next patch.

Makes no sense to update it with every new version

I use aslains myself, and it remembers what i picked the previous time. You only have to reselect something if it was missing the last time you updated.

Also, most of the time you do not even have to update unless wot got updated itself or when something is broken and fixed in later updates.

Haven't used mods for about 2 years but back then Aslain modpack was rather user friendly and it had everything you could possibly need .

If you think Aslain's is user friendly, then you have very low requirements. Huuuuuuge list of options you have to select and same options either with XVM or without. I have found Oldskools Promod is most user friendly and easiest to use and it got pretty much everything you will need.
