I bought something off of the WG premium store but I didn't get it in game (it was a discounted pack of gold and premium time). I got a confirmation from PayPal. What do I do? Is this a bug, or do I just have to wait a few hours and see if it comes?

Are you sure, you have bought WoT-Premium and Gold?

Or do you have bought WoWs-Premium and doubloons?

 

If you did not get the items, or bought the wrong ones, write a ticket to the support and explain the situation to them.

Players can't help you.
