Speed, power, and armor in one package. What more can a tank commander ask for?

These are way past disinformation, these are just plain lies.

If Cromwell B has armor, what does the Defender have? Cromwell B will ricochet less shells than wheeled vehicles.

Speaking of wheeled vehicles, Cromwell B top speed is 20~30 km/h less than their speed.

What power does Cromwell B have other than being farmed for credits by tier 8? Alpha damage is pathetic and penetration is nothing special.

Are you seriously suggesting that the Bromwell is underpowered? Oh, boy...

"One of the most iconic tanks of the British Royal Army"  The reason why the British Army isn’t known as “The Royal Army” is because of how it is composed. Unlike the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force, the British Army consists of several clearly identifiable bodies, each of which has an individual and continuous existence and is separately recorded in the Corps Warrant.

Honestly? A gun that is at least able to hit a barn from the inside? Have one, very frustrating to play because of the really very poor accuracy. But to be fair, Panther is my favorite med so i might be somewhat spoiled...

View PostWG's description about the Cromwell:

One of the most iconic tanks of the British Royal Army, this medium tank has the gun and armor to prove it, along with spotting capabilities and impressive mobility that will leave your enemies green with envy.

"One of the most iconic tanks of the British Royal Army "
The Royal Armored Corps, you mean?

"this medium tank has the gun and ARMOR to prove it"
The armor on the Cromwell is great for stopping machine gun bullets, but not much else. Implying that this tank has usefull armor is rather misleading!

"spotting capabilities "
The Cromwell's 360m viewrange is just regular viewrange, really. Not great, not terrible.

"impressive mobility that will leave your enemies green with envy."
Nah.. These days we got wheeled vehicles, there was a T-50-2 gift tank to older players, Type 64's are pretty common (even more so after tank rewards), so nah. The Cromwell is fast, but not green with envy fast.

There is something ironic about Wargaming getting the name wrong and inserting "Royal" for something to do with "Cromwell".

99% same with original Cromwell, no points to have it unless you’re collector, imo...crew trainer ? - last century... BiA crew? - maybe, but again who knows how new crew 2.0 will be converting:hiding:
Good tank tier6 though, but in the shadow of 34-85M / Type64 / obj 244 (that one russki child of IS and T34)

The Royal Signal Corps and others have had "Royal" bestowed on the units by the monarch for special service which is precisely why those Royal units are special.  You really need to understand the military history of the army and the protocols that govern tradition and nomenclature.

Yes, you will have a crew with BIA and compensation in gold depending on the price.

I like my Cromwells too, but the Cromwell B has worse dispersion than the tech tree version, and I notice it when playing.

I wouldn't buy it only for the crew, as i think they will screw as over when they introduce "Crew 2.0"

as they did with "Equipment 2.0".
