I'm playing this game since 2012, and i have to say that it is getting worse and worse each month, for the past year or even more. Lately, i have a feeling that i'm playing battles with 80% of bots. It is unbelievably pathetic, that after 15-20 games, you end up with couple of normal battles, all the rest are just mindblowingly bad, finished in 4 minutes with scores 0:15 or so, while you and maybe 1 or 2 of your teammates deal some damage, all others do 0 dmg! i mean WTF is going on with this game?!?!? It is not even funny anymore. Looks like that Wargaming is really doing hard, to ruin it completely. It is clear that more and more real players are fed up with it and are leaving, and WG is apparently putting more and more bots into the game, to sustain this "record holding" number of players.. The experience of this game is just horrible and is getting worse and worse every month. Thanks WG!

You're saying that in 8 years time, there has been almost no reduction in 0:15 battles?

Because, yes, those 0:15 battles were a problem back in 2012 as well...

No, they're clearly human players. Only actual humans can make decisions that poorly.

Its a negative spiral. Game gets worse, players care less which makes the game worse which makes even more players care less and so on. Its becoming one big clusterfuck if you ask me.

Yep - that's the way I feel atm, I'm only really trying when I think the team has shaped up on the map in way it has a chance to win.

I haven't played for 2-3 weeks now and won't play till steel hunter. Maybe afterwards, maybe not. I definitely don't miss randoms at the moment.

Installed AW and quite like it so far, however a controversial update was launched there yesterday...

My thoughts on the matter is that it's the general increase in tank speed, alpha damage and DPM (linked to more auto loaders)

Before this, there may have been just as many 0,1,2,3-15 matches, but since they took longer to complete each battle, each individual player was exposed to less of them per hour.

In other words, overall there are the same number of landslide battles, but the players are exposed to them more frequently.

The duration of your engagement with the game is relevant to your claims how?  Your perception of what other people are doing is born out by what evidence?  You do not mention 15-0 win, is there a reason for that?

You do realise that positive claims require evidence?  Do you also understand that your experience is not everybody else's?

If you want to rant after a few bad games, can you attempt to qualify that in your remarks?  If you believe your comments are true, then produce the evidence and leave the hyperbole in the dictionary.

I would say 0:15 games are really quite rare....except in some peoples perception, maybe one game in hundreds at most.

Yes, there are walkovers, and quick games, and sometimes these are down to bad play by one team or other...but there can also be other factors at work.

Earlier today, I was in a game with a top tier heavy, who started the game by winging, then complained that everybody was not going the same way as him, then said he was out because we were all bots, retired behind a rock and went AFK. In the end, we lost, but it was a reasonable fight, I think something like 11:15, he was the last to die, so did not even attract damage away from anybody else.

After the game, looking at his stats, he was a 52% player with many tens of thousand games under his belt, and driving a good, top tier heavy. He had plenty of support, but decided not to play, and made 0 damage: clearly, if he had even half way played, we may well have won, and he would probably have clocked up a reasonable score.

So, in this case, it is the self confest "star" player who can be said to have lost the game, not the noobs, bots etc. This showed up because he typed a lot, and then obviously went AFK in a fairly long game, but if it had been a stomping and he had kept his mouth shut, would anybody have noticed  it was anything other than bad play...so how many of these supposed rapid games are caused by useless bots, and how many by "top" players who should know better

just quitting?

Just to clearify a little bit: do you mean actual bots, or just idiots?

Landslides are not new, WG even published some statistics about that it was a non-problem as far as I remember.

Now, too high damage and too much skill disparity, on the other hand, can get very irking.

I for one would welcome some HP increase and a creative way to have newcomers playing among them, whatever matchmaking change you want to call it.

And you don’t think this may be part of the problem? Just giving up when you think you don’t have a chance?

The neglecting of the game by wargaming is showed that they dont have customer support anymore. It is pointed on this forum. Customer service was a joke before and now it doesent exsist at all. Only in money issues. Player volume is going down. So lets put some bots in the game. And put better RNG for lower personal rate players. Long time players are just pray for noobs. This is done by wargaming. You all have seen the magic number 15-5. Did you struggle to pen or doing anything at all on those games?
