Hi all

 I love the Ram2

I was sad at the WG announcement it would be retired.

that was how many years ago?

Also why is this a US tank and not a British?????????

At least make it swtchable

WG said the Rudy was to be the first, why could this not be the second and the Lef105FH the third?

Cheers

Tier 5. Nope you can get tier 5 i tank reward all the time. Bye at least a tier 6, those you can use for grinding points in battle pass. :coin:

As a top tier it's OKish.

Against VI and VII with it's pen, it's joke. Ofc you can use gold, but with it's rate of fire and low dmg per shot, the battle costs 60-100.000 CR (minus wit premium account).

One simply doesn't play tier 5 to earn credits...especially such where you have to tap the 2 key.

HI

does it not have premium MM and only meet 6 as top? (checked- No special MM it meets 7s- so WG fix that)

and it will out dpm all 6s, but not the t34 at t5 if that is set up ok

It has good armour and mobility is fair, but it is not a heavy or td so you need try plank and use non gold ammo on sides and rears

'beet test drivein wit good results only having 2 gold rounds and rest regular.

sossy by swedish

got a class 3 in second game at overlord against 7s

Seger!
Strid: Overlord
Vagnar: Ram II
Erfarenhet mottagen: 1 798 (x2 för den första segern varje dag)
Krediter mottagna: 28 362
Stridsprestationer: Förtjänsttecken: "III Klass"
Utbetalning ur reservkassan: 2 836

was 6th on winning side with only 6s and 7s above

cheers

Totally agre, I play 5 for fun, but I play all tanks for fun, credits are a bonus

But if you play for stats the Ram2 may have a point with good us med crews

Yeah, let's talk about this. Some years ago WG were like: We want to remove mid-tier Spec MM tanks and strong tanks from the premium store, so Ram II, Sexton I, E-25 and Panther/M10 were removed but Panther with it's special MM was put back in the shop.

Where's the problem to put the non-broken tanks in the premium store so everyone can buy them for gold?

P.S. - I'm a bit salty about the Sexton I removal, since when it was happening I had gotten a large influx of gold from an early tournament (it was when gold was becoming actually available for f2p players), I had to make a choice which 2-3 tanks I wanted to buy from the list: Pz.T-25, Excelsior, T-15, S-35, Sexton I, Matilda BP, Matilda IV, T14, FCM Pak, T127, Valentine II. You can kind-of see why I didn't get the Sexton since there were no news of its removal and there were better tanks in the shop.

Too easy to roast this tank... so not even going to bother.

2012 called... they want their RAM II... like what's the point of these poor left-for-dead tanks... I retired my trusty Churchill III years ago... the era of these classics is long gone...

There is really no incentive to play  Premiums below tier8 in this meta,...I mean why would you?

But you still earn credits.

You're not going to get any profits tho.

Hi Mate

this is the only Canadian tank, why would you not want it to put the leafs on it?

and why is it in US and not UK tree?

Let's see

- 75 alpha is so-so for the tier

- 105mm pen is OKish for the tier

- precision is very bad, has to be up-close

- view range is abysmal

- real top speed was bad before wheeled vehicles

- maneuverability is mostly bad

- tier VII will drop it in 2 shots (all the IS and IS-2 clones, TDs etc.)

Close up and DPM is the trick to this tank and not from fromt if you can avaid it.

which t5 will not be dropped by a 122 he double shot?'

'

It is a heavy med that releis on high dpm, so it is actually down to your playstyle rather than the tanks stats.

Cheers
