So we can buy the unique Mirny-13 style for 5 different tanks for coins during the event. Okay, I purchased one for the Centurion 7/1 and I have completed several missions so I have access to the more interesting looking higher "stages" of this style. They show up in the Mirny-13 event game mode but I am unable to change them on my tank in the garage which has only the stock "stage 0" skin. I have only one style variant in my styles collection for that tank and it is marked as not adjustable - though I suppose this mechanic wasn't implemented for this kind of adjustments?

 

So is it just my regular clumsiness to find how to apply it, or did WG really not give us a way to acquire these? Mind you the store tab in the event page even shows the "stage 3" Cerberus style on the picture... so it would be logical to conclude it would be available somehow, rather then just catching dust in WGs art repository after the event ends. Than again just getting an extra year to think all through after this Halloween event was postponed from last year to this one... might be a little too little time to make everything right . Yeah okay, fair enough given what's going on in WGs home country some of the workforce might be distracted with more important matters, but still...

 

EDIT: Hmm, I may write a ticket about it, since if anyone bought any Mirny packages with gold and payed for that gold specifically for this purpose he would have the legal right to complain (in the EU at least) on the grounds of false advertisement given that picture in the in event shop. And I somehow I think it would be easier for WG to make the skins simply available rather then have to deal with such tickets if more players started to complain...

i was thinking the same as you on this..

 

i thought "well, perhaps it "levels" up as you kill tanks in random battles" but, that wasn't the case either

 

 

Since the 3 stripe paint is simply the "Dark Knight" style (even has the triangle emblem) im guessing it's not actually attainable 

 

Either that or we have to complete the 4th mission in the "stripe" category (damage against hunters/mosquitoes)?

The stage styles? As in the styles rewarded for completing the stages or missions? Well, it clearly says "for event tanks only". As in the Cerberus vs the 7/1.

As for the reward comment I had to search for that. Not so easy to find that line of text.

 

And anyhow these are unique 3d styles so it's obvious they only apply to the 5 event tanks and no others - same as the T110E5 is now the event tank for the current Battle Pass in WG terminology. Other than that the stages are merely variants of the same 3d style for the tech tree vehicles differing only in some textures/effects and decals. And given that the final stage style is just the correspondence to the Revenant Mk. II styles for the German vehicles that we can purchase it's weird those wouldn't be available considering we can short-cut them via real money.

 

So if they are really not available they shouldn't put up their picture on the event store, really where everyone is mislead to believe otherwise. There are laws against misleading advertisement.

Its a shame you cant get the AMX mirny style that includes the stripes and decals.

Also... Since they've been messing around with those red lights on the jerries.

Why didn't they use a similar purple glow effect on the mirium collector unit on the backside of the turret for the AMX, Centurion etx?

When they have stored mirium it looks much cooler, but without all the special little details the styles are really bland if I'm honest

To be fair, there is a difference between misleading and misunderstanding. You clearly said you thought it was like that as the tank had 3 marks on the storefront image, even tho the Grenadier behind it only has 1 mark. 

 

If you buy the 10K or 3.5K bundle. It lists everything you get in both bundles. The 10K one only lists the skins, no the 3 stripes reward or even the badges you get from the missions. If you buy them with event tokens. It shows them stripeless and just showing the main skin. Never advertising it having said stripes once in the actual store vs the banner you clicked to get on it. The stipes are rewarded via missions only. Not in any one of the bundles. As they show everything you get even when you buy the gold packs. None of them lists the rewards via missions as a part of said bundles. Only what you can get with tokens.
