If they ban everyone that says it to you. It won't prevent anyone else that yet to say it, from saying it later. That pile will always be full, even if WG banned everyone, it would grow up again rather fast for it to show any result tbh.

If you received a message in game (or in garage after the battle) then your recourse is via Player Support. Make sure you include a screenshot of the chat. 

The forum cannot do anything to help.

thats dead end, i tried that many times.. and you are hiding that correct category still deeper and deeper in that support

I have used that 3 times in the past couple of years, and each time I had a response and when I checked the players concerned, they had been banned for a few days. So it does work. 

Oh! And I am hiding nothing, just trying to help a fellow player.

hey i just tried to click onto that support page, so it took 4 clicks from landing page and i ended up in page saying how to report in garage, which doesnt helped me at all as i cannot do it in chat.. 

well i found button down that page so i've sent that, but still it doesnt do anything..

Can you see somewhere that a player has been banned? You mean the player stopped playing for a few days, right?

The Support page is very clear:

To manually report an in-battle offense, send a ticket to Player Support that includes the battle replay (mandatory), the time in said battle when the violation occurred, and a screenshot of the post-battle results (whenever possible).

 

Go to the Player Support portal and select the offense type:

Report a violation > Chat violation > In-Battle >

Complete all the fields required, attach the battle replay and describe the issue as required.

Submit the ticket

 

In the garage
Take a screenshot of the offense
Go to the Player Support portal and select the offense type:

Report a violation > Chat violation > Private message >

Provide the player's nickname and attach the screenshot
Submit the ticket

Be aware, other players can spam you with hatred racism, wish death and disease on you, and then report your reply too if you get angry or wound up, which with todays MM and player base isnt all that hard.

 

Also be careful in here, stating a well know phrase by a well known community contributer with regards to how a company treats you can also lead to punishment.

There is a profanity filter in game as well as on the forum.  If you don't like to see naughty words then turn it on.

I cannot see if they are banned, but 1 in particular PM'd me about his ban, (before I became a mod) and ended up with forum ban as well.

I cant see the comment, but was it someone insulting you because they were unhappy with how you played?

To be fair you probably need to grow a thicker skin, or at least turn on the profanity filter.

BTW reporting it wont do anything.

Best to learnhow to have a more positive frame ofmind and just ignore it, and keep on playing happily. Trols and idiots, love getting a reaction. Dont react, you win.

Unfortunately these things happen in online games.

 

It can be a little shocking if you are new to gaming and can take time to build up resilience to these "compliments" I just ignore them as usually its a sign I did something right 

 

Take it as a compliment and come back with a witty retort like "Thanks for that have a nice day" also pick out spelling mistakes and poke fun at them, even better you have to option in game to only receive messages from  the contact list i.e. your friends.

contact list is limited, and some i dont want to be that filtered if some kind people want to write me

 

anyway these things happens here, not in online games in general, its just here..

did you noticed that even on forum these things are not happening? so why in game?

From here you can report most things from Chat Violations to Physics Abuse. You just need to provide evidence, either with a replay upload or a screenshot.
