I would have said "Probably" working on the assumption that Black Market comes round frequently and will continue to do so.
When it is likely to be, I would guess at February or March.
Until WG announce it, we know as much as you do.

Sounds reasonable since most players will have grinded some credits with the Holiday Ops credit booster bonus that BM 2021 will be in that same timeframe: between Feb-May

Are people really interested in these heavily overpriced gimmicks that add nothing?
I am still to see one of these golden tanks. And for the rest I cant even remember what was given away.

Most people wouldn't mind getting T8 premiums for 3M credits, but ofc there is always the one who has to disagree. 
And as you know, the demand has absolutely met the supply so yes, people really are interested in these offers.

nope. Even though are some awful deals (skins for gold, Type 59G, mission orders etc.) it's balanced by really good deals like the Black Dog in 2019 that was only 5 million credits iirc (also wasn't the Lefh only 300 gold last time
), sexton I for 500K extremely underrated tank, . Also tanks like the FV 183 and Foch 155 which can't be obtained in any other way.

First WG have to get players to spend more money then they otherwise would by selling loot boxes (players justify their extra spending by saying they get a large value in WOT stuff for it), this creates a big surplus of gold and credits in WoT economy, so then WG can have the black market to remove alot of that gold and credits they just got players to buy via loot boxes.
