T71 used to be a fun tank - my funnest tank since the OLD T50-2.
I haven't played it since the WV swarms so not sure how it holds up. I would imagine if you hung back in it a good player could farm some yolo WV goodness.

I'll sell you mine for 5 million credits or 5k gold. Comes with a decent crew and nice style (the yellow paw thing I think, can be removed of course if you are more in to the historically correct stuff).
Only downside I have to confess is that it doesn't have equipment

It's the same as it was pre wheels. It has burst damage, but not enough to win most 1 on 1's if not top tier. Tracked or wheels don't matter then tbh if they get in your face. But the burst fire is big enough to scare most wheelie drivers away as the shell speed is enough to hit them at med to close range with little lead since it has APCR as normal ammo. It's still the most solid tier 7 light IMO for most roles. Be it active or passive spotting, or even bullying.

It's a tank graveyard, we have seen what happened with T-62 which was left behind 140 (that was recently buffed as a techtree tank)

I couldn't get on with it mainly because of how revoltingly ugly it is and as Balcora says the burst damage isn't quite enough to take out most enemies.
I simply cant play tanks this ugly well, as i have no love for them....
