Deleted my comments about the video as I just realised that your user name and the video person are the same......
I am also not sure that spending 3-9million on putting bond equipment for a newbie is going to be more beneficial than spending it on normal equipment for more tanks. I suspect that bond equipment gets more useful for people playing at a slightly higher level.

I never upgraded or used mine simply due to the cost as even I feel it prohibitive and a bit cheeky.

Remember you get some for free from the Battle Pass. This is what has led to me being asked several times during stream.
Also credits are pretty easy to accumulate for lots of players who dont buy premiums or have too many tanks researched. Im speaking of the new players who get a bunch of tier 4 through 6 tanks and play them a lot and want to consider putting the bounty equipment on their favorite tank to mack it out as much as possible
