tier 8 arty does 400-500 dmg on non pen hits so it would make sence for thje premium to do 600-700 on non pen hits with around 35-40 sec reload w 100% crew since premiums are usually better than the normal tanks in same tier.

are there any artty in the game that are premium in high tier yet? i think many people will buy them as they do a ton of damage and assist damge.

No, there aren't any high tier cheat class premiums in the game. And hopefully never will. As greedy as they are, WG seem to keep some decency on this particular aspect. Which speaks volumes about that pathetic broken class and it's actual "place" in the game.

How about a wheeled arty? It can't even remotely annoy like the wheeled lights due to not being as fast and probably having an even shorter view range (arty+wheels combined will probably result in something like 190m view range) and as a SPG it will have to be stationary to aim properly anyways.

(Okay, that would then be a Czech premium SPG while there is no SPG branch in the Czech tech tree but I guess people would still buy it)
