Before I start, let me point out that the reason for the "Unicum" tag in my nick is WoT Blitz. I use the same account but I have no relation with the "Unicum" level at the PC version yet. I had a %67 win rate and 3.2k WN8 on Blitz. When I looked through the forum, I saw that people are playing at the "Unicum" level or higher. My question is: How can I reach the "Super Unicum" level? I have only 500 matches yet and I have superficial ideas about the maps right now. But, I have no idea about the camp and the spot points. I have been watching replays to understand those points but, I couldn't find a source that showing me the camp and spot points for each map. If anyone knows a source like that, I'd like to know it :)
Also, I plan to keep the overall win rate at %65. And when I looked at the statistics on a global basis, I saw people who achieved a 70% win rate. How possible is that? Even if I play in a platoon?
The best thing that I'm doing for now is to examine the SPG number of the opponent team and decide whether to go to open terrains. Also, since Blitz is played as 7 vs 7 and maps are way more smaller, it was easier to create a plan by analyzing the opponent's tank distribution. However, the situation is not the same here. Frankly, I wonder how do you analyze the opponent team.
And finally, what advice would you recommend to a noob? :)
Note: I don't like playing with heavy tanks. I'm a medium or light tank player.

Learn all the weakspots

Learn all the good locations on the map

Learn map awareness

Learn when to go where and when to retreat

Play wn8 farming tanks

Play winrate farming tanks

Don't grind tanks, free xp everything

Use a lot of premium ammo

Or you could just not care? and enjoy the game, as some tanks will give you less wn8 than you prefer and it'll drive you crazy.

Playing LT is a good idea, but you do not do so.

You rather play "OP" tanks like T29 (155/525 matches).

Which does not fit to:

I suggest to align writing and action 1st.

They change, the meta is fluid in this game.

I think there is a mod that displays typical spot and camp positions on the minimap. Not sure if it's usefull or up to date but it might be what you're looking for and help to speed up the learning process.

Playstyle of some very good players tends to be very beneficial for their team, so they have higher WR than other unicums.
You are thinking in the right direction. On many maps there are aggressive hulldown positions, which you will learn about with experience (and by watching replays). Such positions usually have no cover from clickers though, so this the most usual case of decisionmaking based on amount of arta in a teamcomp.
What to look for also depends on the map. On open maps you might want to know in advance how many scouts enemy has. On some maps, like Karelia, there is a brawling one-way areas which are very important to for your team, but has no escape routes for you. So you will want to know in advance what and how many enemies you will meet there - in those cases you look for fast meds. Also, how many TDs are on team comp. Also, what heavies are there when you are in a heavy yourself.
In other words - what to look for depends on your tank and a map. Comes with experience.
And finally, what advice would you recommend to a noob? :)
Gameplay at t4-6 is very different from high tiers bcs of huge difference in VR and mobility. Stick to low tiers for first couple thousands battles. On higher tiers even average but experienced players will abuse the crap out of you.
Note: I don't like playing with heavy tanks. I'm a medium or light tank player.
Buy yourself Type64 (best low-tier light tank) and get to 60%+ wr with it.

How to reach 65%+ WR: Play good enough.

With 3 decent players which picked certain tanks, a 70%+ WR is not a problem for the toon.

I think you are mistaken the American Tier VII Heavy T29 with the Russian Tier III medium T-29. I suggest checking facts before writing.

To play better than 99,9% of the active player base you must play better than 99;9% of the active player base.

Have fun rather than aiming to 'become' a super unicum. Imagine you play football and aim to play Champions League. What if you don't reach that level, what's the point?

These are wise words, and help you cope with other situations, like when competitive try-hards vote you off the ship in Among Us with literally no evidence at all.

HawgJaws TD and scout positioning, good but  I don't know about how accurate, as someone else said, the game is fluid.
