General chat has bigger issues than the admins, as in its users. It's why rule #1 is always "don't use it". 

 

As for everyone getting banned there? Well, they have a wall of rules bigger than other areas, inc the forum. Most don't know about them and thus break them and gets kicked out. As 9 out 10 that come there to whine about it usually have talked non-English or taken political talks to a 2nd level, or even talked about a certain 40's political figure or two. So what was it?
