He doesn't move at that time stamp. He is standing still, aims at a tank, shoots and then moves back.

 

I think most people playing the game are able to those three actions.

The time stamp you provide is him slowly, in two steps, and then settling on target aiming at a Borsig after having tried aiming at a hull down LIS.

That isn't exactly difficult, considering the amount of mistakes I make, and the amount of times I'm without a plan. That is unrelated to the speed of movements though. That is map knowledge, game reading, timing and position skills.

Are you suggesting the point when he moves from the left to mouse over the borsig, is not actually him moving the hull of the tank?
