When you have 300 alpha in a tier 5 pocket tank, there's drawbacks... Either adapt to them or move on.
Shoot stationary targets, use your high camo rating to hide from them, and your mobility to ambush them.

I loved it when I played it.
Use stock gun and HE.
It is not better, but at least it do some damage if it hits.
Looking at the pics you attached it is my guess your using AP or gold ammo HEAT with the stock gun or your using the top gun which only allows you to use HEAT???
HEAT may well have 120-140mm pen but you have to actually pen your target to get any damage when using it. Try using standard ammo HE on stock gun and you will get damage even if you don't pen.

^just what this game needs - even more HE spam, even in the most dumbest of situations, e.g. you can do more dmg with a proper penning AP/APCR/HEAT shot.
when I played this TD, there was nothing special about it.
while I do love HEAT and didn't mind pen all that much, the velocity was what killed it for me.
hitting moving targets was next to impossible.

I hated the IKV-103 at first. Then I realized that the regular TD style of play didn't work for me. The whole passive "hide in a bush" gameplay just didn't work for me with that specific tank. I had so many bad games it wasn't even funny. So I discarded everything I thought I knew about the tank and started to play it hyper aggressively instead. I started using it as a second line support tank, using its small profile to hide behind the bigger tanks. I would wait for the enemy to shoot, and then unload a massive potshot on them at close range.

It has HEAT as both main and gold ammo. Meaning that the shell has a slow speed, detonates on impact, and don't normalize. So it has to pen the full thickness of the armor if you hit at a big impact angle at over 70 degrees. If you hit tracks or other modules, it detonates the beam and the pen loss starts instantly, and the beam loses 5% pen for every 10cm it travels. Mix the two, as in hitting modules or spaced armor and the armor behind it has a high angle. It won't do much vs even a light as the base pen is low for HEAT that is vs gaps in the armor. As on some tanks, if you hit the tracks the pen loss on the travel is rather severe as 5% of nothing is a fair bit.
So you can't just fire willy nilly with that gun, you have to aim and know who and where has spaced armor etc. If not, you get a fair few 0 hit games.
