crosshairs with buggy script

hello, please, could someone fix the script for this target, please?

it keeps spinning infinitely, even if it's looking at the sky.
I already complained to the owner but he ignored it, or he can't fix the animation problem.

If Andre_V the Boss of WoT crosshair mods cannot fix it then I don't know if someone else can pick it up.

in game version 1.8.0.1 there was no such problem with the script, I don't know what was changed to make it happen.
