Tier V I'd say the ELC AMX for its unique playstyle and the PZ III/IV, because it feels like a very aggressive jack of all trades. Fast, the hull is surprisingly bouncy and the gun is good for its own tier.

Tier VI the T-50-2 and ARL-44 are real fun, albeit the latter can get expensive if you wanna use the 105mm gun at its best capacity (read: full gold for the +30 alpha)

Tier VII the Leo, Comet, AMX 13-75, IS and T71 are all a blast to play in their respective roles.

At Tier VIII I find the Panzer 58 fun and dynamic, whilst the Chinese Bulldog is a snappy light with the gun it uses, and the ELC EVEN 90 delivers the experience of the AMX ELC Bis three tiers below, but now with an autoloader and an even derpier look.

Tier 5

ELC: Still a solid bully and scout even with the mobility lacking a bit.

Archer: 171 pen, what's not to like?

Sherman III: I run this non-derp as the DPM etc is better vs the M4. And honestly, I seem to fare better in it.

Tier 6

Cromwell B: My fav mid-tier medium that's still a great bully and makes credits.

Strv 74: Not the greatest tank, but the gun in a support role is great.

M4A3E2: Run it stock turret and 105 still.

Churchill Gun Carrier: Yeah I put that there. Platform is terrible, but the gun memes and people underestimating it can make for some fun rounds.

Tier 7

Swedish Leo: Playing it with the big gun and it's the best hybrid scout, bully, flanker and damage farmer for my style.

Comet: It just works

Super Hellcat: I honestly love it, even tho the pen can troll you at times.

T71 DA: Bully light that's perfect for my style.

Tier 8

T69: Yeah, again it's not amazing, the pen is troll. But it can still pull of some fun rounds now and then.

Object 416: Best support medium in the game still.

Udes 14 alt 5: Solid all-rounder

Charioteer: It's like a 7/1 one tier down.... almost.

Tier 7: Scorpion.

Tier 8: Lorraine 40T

I guess I could also list off all Lights because I really am not an LT player. But driving Batchat and AMX 13 90 is fun too

Tier 5

VK Leopard, my most played tank

Chaffee

AMX ELC Bis, mostly with 90 mm

Tier 6

Crusader, don't know, just works for me

Hellcat

Strv. 74

Tier 7

AMX 13-75, this French beauty is the love of my WOT life.

Tier 8

Bourrasque, what can i say, love French girls...

For historical reasons i keep Panther, Tiger 1, Jpanther and Tiger 2 in my garage. I like playing those but they are not my "go to" tanks atm.

WZ 131 and Udes 14-5 are not in my garage atm, i consider both to be very easy going, comfortable tanks (why did i sell them?).

In this thread: People still posting blatantly OP tanks.

T110E4 was pretty damn enjoyable for me when I got it, despite it being pretty weak.

It looks like people here are just listing their best vehicles instead, and derailing this thread into just another "best vehicles per tier" thread. :hiding:

Anyway,
Here are my vehicles, which I play(ed) because I have a soft spot for all things broken and overlooked. I really like those "why do you even play that tank" moments before you have a really good match and leave your platoonmates

Tier 5:
BDR G1 B - A strange looking beast with a disfunctional armor layout and as slow as you'd expect a fat tier 5 HT would be. The BDR really needs a good crew to get the most out of its unwieldy 90mm gun, but if you can squeeze enough performance out of that gun, this tank should work out fine.

Tier 6:
AT8 - AT8 has an undeserved bad reputation because its cupola used to be an easy weakspot. These days however, the armor layout is very strong and the 17 pounder gun works very well on this tier. However, the AT8 is very slow, easily flanked, and the gun traverse is very limited. Not a very populair vehicle, but I think its rather underrated as a mid tier assault TD.

Tier 7:
None - Usually my tier 7 vehicles are rather good. Super Hellcat, JPanther, E25, and the Tiger I are my regulars when playing this tier. I do have to grind through the T34/100 on the Czech tree, from which I hear is not a populair vehicle. I will be playing that tank alot sometime soon.

Tier 8:
Lowe - This tank is actually quite populair. Still, the good old Lowe doesnt do that well on the EU server. Its server statistics are noticeably worse than other typical tier 8 heavies you'd expect to meet, and even to the other tier 8 creditsfarmers of the past like the T34. My own statistics in the Lowe are also not up to my overall standards. Despite all that, its always been one of my most played tanks. It brought in alot of credits, it trained alot of crews, and there is no way in hell I would trade it for a E75 TS or another tier 8 premium. If the Lowe could talk, he would say that his mommy says he's special.
UDES 03 - This flat, paper mache armored pancake is miles away from the meta of this game. Quite litterally, because this vehicles is best at sniping from stealth or a distance. This TD doesnt really work in all situations and as a result has worse server statistics than the old JT88. However, I did very well in this TD and it tought me a great deal about viewrange and stealth mechanics. I recently sold it after removing the crew for my Lansen premium tank.

Ooh nice post OP

I like crap tanks, ugly tanks and above all hipster tanks

Tier 5 A 50 soviet light

Tier 6 Amx 13 f Arty Churchill gun carriage

Tier 7 Wz131 imho the only decent tier 7 in the game apart from the t29 which I find boring the tier 7 US medium is by far one of the best light tanks even though it isnt

Tier 8 STRV S1 sold and rebought this sucker with 2 mins to spare, its utterly chod but quirky and makes silly credits, just be prepared to lose and lose a lot, im slowly working this out.
