Progetto 65 is very much a capable tank, still. The nerf made the tank a bit harder to play, but it is still a nightmare if you know how to time the reload and such.

Pantera is still fantastic IMO, worth keeping. You shouldn't sell it.

Well, that all depends on whether you like the Pantera or not. For me, it's a must-have. If you dislike the Pantera, well, then get the Progetto 65 (but you might not like the Progetto either if you don't like the Pantera, they play similarly).

Get the Progetto if you are feeling comfortable enough to move up through tiers 9 and 10. What can I say, it's up to you. Pantera is great, Progetto 65 is good. Try the T10 if you think you're up for it.

I hate pantera, I just can't get it to work for me, it's clunky top heavy and I'd rather play a single shot T44.  Plenty of others love it, and I hoped too but no.  Prefer a lorrain or amx 50100

The nerf on the DPM was maybe a bit to much but it is still capable, the only thing that really annoys me is the overall accuracy nerf of the T9 and T10.

I haven't played the standard B after I got through it for the progetto (that was before the nerf), my guess is the nerf was harder on this as it does not have the armour that gives the occasional bounce.

Indeed , Standard B is not what it used to be.

Still very playable, though you have to think your moves before you perform them.

Dont believe the Hype - the 65 is a horrible tank. If you want to use the whole clip - after youll be reloading for 50s.

Even the single shell "mode" has horrible reload.

The dpm is so bad - youll spend most of your battle reloading.  If u want a med with 360 gun and some armor - take the STB-1

While using more than 1 shot of the clip Proge65 DPM drops below 2000 (maxed - food etc).

STB-1 can keep up 3800 DPM all the time (maxed) and it has high pen AP - which is a definite benefit.

In spite of the fact that Progetto was OP before the nerf, now it is completely dead. WG has no idea about the concept of "Nerfing". They did the same mistake for also Type Heavies. I have never seen that a nerfed tank has ever been played by the community. Because for WG does Nerfing mean not Balancing, rather Killing it. It does answer everything.

I must say that the tier 4 on that line is a hidden gem.

Never went higher on the Italian line.
