No name shaming, we all played well, just need an explanation how a guy with 350 dmg and 1200 spot is in front of me (4200 dmg)

Well, spotting for yourself gives you more xp than if you shot at vehicles that were spotted by someone else.
But to be fair, you got robbed there. 261xp on a losing team, bruh.
Don't bother about such trivial XP differences on a loss, even module damage could affect that.
Most likely you shot at long distance on lower-tier targets not spotted by yourself. And his assist might have been from lower-tier allies shooting higher-tier enemies (assist XP is 50% of what the shooter would have got).
He got pity points for playing a Chinese medium in today's meta.
Could be that he shot and detracked a tier 10 tank, while you were shooting lower-tier tanks from very far away.
Only way to explain such disparity...

Without a replay I'd guess that he scored his damage against higher tier tanks while you couldn't do that (being top tier) and didn't spot your targets so had to share your earnings with whoever did. You gift the spotter 50% of the xp and credits you earn from all damage when you're not spotting for yourself.
Reason for low XP is usually this:
- Shooting tanks lower tier then you. (shooting tanks higher tier gives more XP)
- Shooting targets spotted by others (not you) -> gives half of the XP to whoever spot your target (because they took the risk, they get half your XP)
- Spotting targets gives alot of XP, either you spot your own targets (you get full XP for your damage) or because you get a part of the half XP done by someone who didn't spot that target.
- Close combat XP bonus (you get a small XP bonus for fighting targets within 200 meters)
Screenshots don't reveal the assistance others did, or how close they fight or what people fought, hence for a good explanation on why you didn't got that much XP, a replay comes in handy.
in short: staying far back, shooting lower tier targets tend to earn less XP. Most XP you get by fighting close range, dealing damage to higher tier targets.
