So I have recently done the 4th stage(obj274a)  so discount should be 40% off but when I go to website it's actually 30%off instead of 40%.

Jokes aside, I noticed too, if you go to the web page it doesn't show the correct discount. in the game client it shows the correct one.

It could be a visual bug, or maybe the page is late to update.

I think it's a bug I remember when I finished stage 2 the discount was 10% instead of 20%.

i finished stage 2 (midway through stage 3 at time of writing) and it shows 20% discount in the store

 

works for me, unless they hotfixed it in the last hour~

Can be the store page needs some time to update once you finished the mission. You can notice similar behaviour when you put in bonuscodes on the website & sometimes it can get delayed. 

So in case of store discount not matching the ingame discount, wait a while & it should align.

 

Edit: in case the difference remains, do contact support & provide screenshots to get it resolved.

It is is fixed it actually takes time for webpage to align with the the in game discount.
