Well , let's start off by saying that i'm very lacking in the patience department.
I grinded through 4 stages in a couple of hours , and then bought myself the obj 274a.
Seemed great / borderline OP on paper ( and i'll be honest .. if i see something overpowered my wallet is going to have a bad day)
So i bought it with a 40 percent discount!
I head into my first battle and notice that this thing is very very slow for a medium. I knew from the stats it wasn't going to be fast but i wasn't expecting it to be borderline slow.
Fine , i think. I can deal with it.
... do i see an enemy o-ho in the open?
oh boy i'm gonna have some fun
*miss*

*bounce*
*hit*
Huh , must be bad rng i guess. After all i'm using my 5 skill obj 140 crew and improved equipment.

Okay man what the hell did i buy?
OK , whatever. At least it has armor.
>penned through gun mantlet
>hit by arty for 400 which is 1/3rd my hp.
Umm , is it too late for a refund? ![]()
Yeah this has basically been my experience after 48 battles.
People calling this thing overpowered have obviously not played it before.
Armor doesn't really work that well , considering the 6 degrees of gun depression , you can't really use it all too often.
You can't do usual medium tank things , such as getting to a position fast to get an early shot. Usually you'll be the guy getting shot before you get into position , much like a heavy.
The mobility could be compared to a t-10 , although the obj is slightly slower.
However , it's not all bad. If you do get a decent position at a decent range , it's very very hard for the enemies to dig you out of positions.
And the DPM is great , assuming you hit your shots.
This isn't a full W kind of tank , in my opinion the skillcap is very high if you want to do well with this tank.
So just beware of this , and don't rush in to buy the tank the second you've got a decent discount going.
That's all folks , just wanted you guys to know a bit more about the tank.
Have a good one!
