.....how to get into the other team in every game ?? they always seem so chock full of the best players and tanks, I kind of think it would be more fun playing on their team

Simple; you ask both teams to switch sides & then duke it out.

Old but funny match, both sides rammed through the opposite flanks & then set up to fight the other team from the opponent base. 

 

Real answer: Just gotta do your best. Not always easy & when it gets to you, quit for the moment/day & give it another go at some other time. Just keep in mind that in your case; the enemy wishes they were on your team most of the time, even tho it may not feel like that.

If you want to be in team of good player, you have to become good player yourself so that team pick you.

I'd take the other team almost every battle. Currently at 25 battles and 7 wins, with many of the losses hopeless massacres. We were nearly game over in about 2 minutes on Province with something like 1<9 and five players had zero damage. Rinse and repeat and you have most of my day so far.

Where is the fun being the steam roller every game that last 2 min? Nor is it any challenge. 

 

Just be the better player to make the enemy team jealous instead.

Utilise the WG provided paint customisation options to paint your tank red and hope your own team doesn't notice.

I always waited patiently for the picking to finish so I could enjoy the spirited debate between the captains as to why the other team would benefit most from my input.

I was usually picked after the large dog turd that always seemed to be there.

The problem was always do you pick your friends, or do you just outright pick the best players.

In the end I always found myself compromising and choosing some kids because they were mates, and some kids as they were actually good. I guess my teams ended up like pub randoms which might explain some of the reasons why I still like playing this game.
