Requests will be taken from today (1st Dec) all the way to the 31st. Even if you make your request on the 31st and you don't receive the skin by the next day, don't worry, I'll still actually do it for you, I just won't be taking any extra requests afterwards. I also still have all of the skins from last year (I'm pretty sure it's all of them atleast) so you can ask for a reupload of them (the full pack is still available to download, but I haven't tested them and they may not work anymore. Also of course, you may just not want to download like 30 Skins just to get 1).
Maybe it's the way this year has gone, or maybe it's just that I'm putting the special up early before all the Christmas stuff actually go up(*), but it doesn't really feel very Christmassy to me. Clearly we need some holiday skins to spice things up a bit, and these ones won't cost you even a penny. 
*considering the Christmas stuff will probably come in an update tomorrow or the coming few days, I'm going to actually refrain from doing any requests until that happens, that way there's no immediate issues (though unlikely, I'd prefer to play it safe). I'll of course accept requests, don't worry about that, but it might take a few days before I get to work on them. Hey, this way you can hold onto your request for that shiny lootbox tank you'll probably get.
As usual, rules are still roughly the same as last year, but just for newer folks or those who need a quick refresh on them:
-preferably only one request per person: this prevents spam and allows me not to get stuck doing just the skins for one person. You can always still request the same tank as someone else in a different colour, or use someone else's request to make one for a different vehicle (i.e trust me, UrQuan will probably request the KV-4 So that base is covered 
). I'd prefer only one, but with last year I kinda just started doing multiples so two requests per person is probably more reasonable. Don't go crazy though.
-no remodels: I don't mind reskinning some remodels, like Mirukii's, but I would rather not as it's extra work to download, then separately reskin them and I'd rather not go around asking the remodellers if I can reskin their models either.
-Gold, Silver, Bronze and so on: with last year I started really just branching off to different colours and even camo patterns. Now, as usual, I heavily advise the normal colours (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper or Black) but if you want a custom colour or even a pattern, the option is there. Just don't expect it to be perfect, I'm not going to spend hours to nail the exact colour and patterns don't tend to tile perfectly (and I'm most definitely not spending the time on that).
And the finale as always. There is a spoiler with the request list below with all the downloads as well (since if you're new to this, I don't want to make the skins exclusive, so if you were hoping for that gold skin all to yourself you're gonna be disappointed). Unfortunately I was a bit lazy and unlike the last two years didn't make a few freebies in advance, so it's gonna be a bit empty at the moment.
Reminder how to install: Once downloaded, open the zip with WinRAR/7zip/whatever and extract the vehicles folder inside of the named folder and extract it to res_mods -> (patch folder). The file path should look like:
res_mods -> (patch folder) -> vehicles -> (nation) -> (tank folder)
If there are issues such as the skin not appearing in-game, make sure the file path is correct first. If there are still issues while the path is correct, make sure to ask me and I'll try and sort it out, though there should be no such issues if installed correctly. Also, future updates should not affect the skin unless there are changes to that vehicle specifically.
