Hi Girls & Guys

 

Can you tell me what would be the best premium tier 8  soviet tank to train crew for is7? IS-7 has loader as Radiomen and I can't see any tier 8 heavies with such skill :/

Well, things are not always perfect. The closest you can get is with the Object 703 2. At least the crew complement is identical to that of the IS-7.

Yeah but this also has radiomen on commander  :/ 
it was my closest choice so guess I will go with it 

so other question is there any russian heavy which has radiomen as loader?

Out of all the tier 8 prem Russian HT's. None of them have the radio operator on the loader. Not even on the tier 9 or X special tanks like the 777 or 260 have it on the loader. In fact, every premium HT with no dedicated radio crew slot has it on the commander. 

 

You also have two loaders on the IS-7. And not many Russian prem HT's have two loaders either if you want to train both of those. 703 II and the KV-5 are the only prems on tier 8 with two loaders. Tho the KV-5 ofc has its own radio operator slot. Same with the KV-4 K that you can get in the bond shop. Two loaders and a dedicated slot for the radioman. 

 

So you have tanks that can train all crew slots, but not use all crew skills if you will.

Unfortunately, there isn't. 703 II is the closest because of the two loaders it has.

 

IS-7 is the only russian heavy using one of its loaders as a radioman.

There are Russian mediums that have that (your T-44 and T-44-100 for example). So if you just want to put Situational Awareness on your loader without having the IS-7 yet, you can briefly put him in one of those, pick the skill and then transfer him back to the Heavy.

Just play 1.3k battles in your is-7 like me and you won't need a crew trainer

You still get the Xp even when secondary skills do not match.

I already played some games in 703 with new crew. I'm just leaving slot on loader for radio and not adding those skills on commander
