I have noticed several times that I get clean, unprocessed commander's voice messages in battle. I think it's a bug.

Sometimes it even changes in the same sentence - from distorted (processed) to clean sounding.

And sometimes the sample is played back at the wrong tempo (slow tempo, deep voice).

Redraw from that position is typically one sentence which fails here.

Have you noticed this?

 

Yes, I run some non-audio-related (Aslain) mods.

I've only noticed it happen when I'm sending a voice message to an ally that is close to me. It's almost as if my commander's popped out of his hatch and is yelling FALL BACK FROM THERE!!!

It's not mod-related.

That happens to me when I hold Ctrl or hold right click while opening the commands menu. It's super jarring, 100% not mod related.
