Wargaming seriously needs to lock at the mechanics of match making. Increasingly my clan is being matched against top 200 clans and we are getting pummeled.

 

Typically you  get lower ability players and legionnaires in the first game of the advance to set the skill level match making then clans are switching players out for higher rated players with 907s and chieftains with higher ratings. We don't stand a chance ,  why not make the games like a League system where you matched against clans is a similar level with whatever players who join the advance being locked in and not able to be changed until the end of the cycle of games.

 

Have already created several tickets on this subject as have my clan mates only to be told to post here in the hope that the development team sit up and take note of how clans are making the system work on their favour to the detriment of lower rated clans

Do you really want player space locked in for 30-60 minutes?  It would mean some people not playing at all or maybe having to play some games with less than 15 for those that can't commit to the full advance, as an example we have a younger member who can do the first few games but then bedtime hits so is then replaced, or clan guys that can't get on until past the hour so we have lego in the mean time.

 

Most high level clans don't really want to be matched against lower level ones, there is no fun in a roflestomp for either party.

 

Matching based on clan elo is an option but I think the current system is the best all round, perhaps with some tweaks but completely locking spaces would be too restrictive.  Maybe having an assigned PR limit for the 15 based on the first setup?   So some restriction but not as strict as locking in players.  eg two guys leave but the replacements have to be not exceed a total of +300pr of the leavers

Facin better clans for me is the whole point.

Why play competitive if you can't get good or at least understand why your gettin beat by certain teams.

My clan in it's first 2 advances faced top100 clans no biggy and lookin back we could have easily beat them, jus takes a certain mindset...

 

Plus I don't trust WG to fix anythin, they'll jus make it worse like they always do... :)
