OK I have currently 7 extra recruits (some females, some with 1 zero perk, some with 3) and wil be getting 5 more probably with this event,..so 12 extra recruits.

Till now I delegated them to commanders of new olines  but now I am left with almost no new lines that  I need a commander for?

Well I have only2,...Jap HT and new Italian HT line so thats 2,..leaving me with 10 extra recruits .

Whats the best way to use them,....which line would benefit most , with most skilled crewsI have 1 that kind fo crew so far, thats italian MT female crew,...what so I can make 2x whole BIA crew?

the other thing (that I am not so fond so far) is to make a separate crew for one tank from tecghtree,..but I have no favorites actually ......

What would you do with extra skilled recruits?

If they have multiple zero perks, and you don't plan to buy multiple tanks in the same lines, have you considered putting them in your favourite lines so your IS-3A and Skorpion get the best possible crews?

Same situation here, only worse as I have 3 skill crews in the barracks I need to swap on some tanks where I have done the whole tree.

 

I save them up for new nations or lines, so I can crew them fully with the special crews.

Check your existing tanks for bad crews (esp. Commanders with less than 3 skills), and replace them with zero-skill crews. Focus on lights and meds first as those benefit the most from good crews.

the 3-skilled crew are best put in 3-crew tanks (French LTs, French MT BC line, UK LTs, SWE MTs etc), or the French WV line.
