The Snow Maiden shards for decorations offer can actually be boiled down to 4 very simple offers:

1) If you pay 100 shards, you are trading a Tier I+, Tier II+, Tier III+ & Tier IV+ for a Tier II+, Tier III+, Tier IV+ & Tier V;

2) If you pay 200 shards, you are trading a Tier II+, Tier III+ & Tier IV+ for a Tier III+, Tier IV+ & Tier V;

3) If you pay 300 shards, you are trading a Tier III+ & Tier IV+ for a Tier IV+ & Tier V;

4) If you pay 400 shards, you are trading a Tier IV+ for a Tier V.

 

The difficult part is pegging the exact value of a decoration.

i dont get that why would anyone choose opt 2 3 4 why not always opt. 1?

The shard system is hilarious. We get all these christmas decorations, and all we end up doing is smashing hundreds of the cheaper ones into pieces.

Your not choosing just 1 of them, you can choose the first option once at most, the second option three times at most, the third option 5 times at most and the fourth option 10 times at most. Your decision is how many of which do you get.

ok got it now,...it seems raising imediately  to lvl4 for 2200 shards seems like the best idea,...to guarantee yourself 10x lvl4 or 5 decorations and then 9x lvl 5 decoration

its all about fun and excitement,...tier8 tanks are just 1/2 of the fun, other 1/2 is improivng your festive levels to to get bonuses and additional rewards,.... the  more complicated the more fun,..i just cant imagine how a child below say>13 years could ever evaluate and calculate all the options,..that leads me to believe that playerbase is  actually mostly old farts
