Can someone explains whats the best way to "shuffle crews around the garage" ?

 

Beside repositioning some BIA crews to commanders for 500 Gold   I never found any other appealing option,..any suggestions?

I had several well-skilled Radio Operators from Soviet heavy tanks that became redundant as the rest of those crews moved up the tiers; I turned four of those radio guys into the crew for my future T-54-Lwt.

ok i see , so wait for 25% discount and reposition for 375 each?  was there ever larger discount like 50% on this?

If you have more garage slots than barracks slots then:
Buy tier 1 tanks so you can host 2-5 crewmen inside tanks you won't play that are free (0 credits).

Oh wait, that's not what you meant. It's almost like I'm the only one who's having trouble with these free 100% crews clogging up space.

The best way to shuffle crews would be to know someone who works in WG at a high seat and convince him it's a good idea to "merge" 2 crewmen into 1. Make a "retirement lecture" feature when a 100% crew member can be disbanded for 1 small crew book / 20k exp to another crew-member with the same profession.

thanks but I need no free space, I have like 170 or 180 bunks in barracs out of these around 70 or 80 empty,...have been byong them at discount be4 i realized I just need a reorganization,,..after killing all the useless non-Bia commanders and other duplicate crews I ended up with 80 empty
