It is the customization hangar.
Click on "exterior" (button on the right below your tankname) and then you are there.

Still, question - suppose I have completed less than a total of seven Chuck Norris missions by the end of the event, if that's the case then I won't get the style even if the UDES side wins?

UDES have lighting in permium shop but in news its turn off soo we all go for pz7 is this nice fraud

Bought both of them and i can say that although the udes is cooler looking in pictures the pz one is way better as the lights go on and off wheras the udes light is pretty much static
