Think it's going to be fun on sandbox, but I will quit playing the game for good after they introduce this into the game.
This is just too much.

this sandbox will only be useful if you can implement your current garage and crews, letting people built everything from scratch will only show they are able to built a new system.

Crew members who have enough experience to train at least one skill will remain in the Barracks. You can assign them to a vehicle of your choice and convert them into a new crew.
Question: Can we convert to Crew XP books Crew members that have enough expirience to train at least one skill? If not... those radio operators are still going to be in barracks.
Just watched the video. I understood the skill system like Fallout 4 has, but no idea what those Instructors are, what current special crew members will do etc.
There better be a very clear tutorial for new players, because they might not even understand the current system (which is definitely much easier to understand).

new crews will have nations?
are we gonna be able to change nations to already nation assigned crews?

+80% of the vehicle's original camo value.
So your original camo value will be multiplied with 1.8 .
If your tank has 10% base camo, that will get multiplied with 1.8, resulting in 18% camo. I assume that styles and regular camouflage values will be added to that value.

Can we please also get the option to convert them into crewbooks as well? With the ability to use one crew for up to three techtree tanks some players will have quite some crews with a low number of skills that become redundant. It's punishing people that went broad rather than deep with crews otherwise.

It was explained in video and I agree.
e.g. you progress in tech tree and tanks have different crew requirements, e.g. higher tier tank has more loaders, or commander is also radio operator
Tanks were balacend by crew skills somehow, because for tanks with fewer members you needed HARDCORE commander to get - 6th sense, Situational awareness, extended vision, BiA, .... while on different tank you cold have 2 vision skills on radio operator etc.
I am looking forward.
I also am looking forward to share one crew on 3 tanks in total! (+premiums as previously)

Current special characters (Santa claus, Chuck Norris, TeamClash commander) will turn into instructors, that much is clear, but what happens to the xp they built up so far? Does that get converted to training manuals too?
EDIT:
Special crew members with one zero perk will be converted into a Class III Instructor
So all the BiA 0-skill crews you got with the Rudy, Thunderbolt, Tiger 131 will be converted to this? Thats gonna be a lot of low tier instructors... And what is going to happen with the 0-skill BiA commander you got by bying those tanks; he will be converted too, leaving you without a commander for those tanks?
Sorry unrelated question but did you watch the video?
One thing caught my attention, it was gunnery skill "concentration" was it like reducing RNG percentage range for damage? That looked so interesting as I hate seeing low roll damage for 705A very often, that could solve the problem if my understanding of it is correct

Ooooooh. That makes a lot more sense. Kind of too bad though, I would love to see this as a bug in action on the sandbox.

From the looks of it, it reduces the -25/+25 RNG and instead you have -24/+24 or so RNG spread on your shots
