I've got a lot of crews with 5 skills or more. Those receive the maximum of 75 points.

But what happens with all the other skills above 5? They just lost?
What about all the time and money i've put in to train them?
To the hundred of millions credits ive paid for the crew books?
How do i getting better of this??

I have a similar problem, millions on silver and thousands in gold spent to get good crews, not counting hours of playing at a disadvantage until the crews get good. Sorry, the new system just does not works, all the half-useful skills and the trademark WG over-complication in the name of simplicity. This is what happens when you let programmers plan game features, they are thinking in logarithms without effort, but can't fix a burnt out light bulb at home.

For now, SCREW 2.0 is a shot in the head for WOT, and all players discuss is what caliber is actually better.

Personally, I can't play with new system, and I will not get over the disappointment of being swindled, again (remember WTE100?)

if your first and second skills are 0 exp aka crew rewards consider those skills gone so say you have 7 skills in a reward crew for the sake of this system your crew during the conversion has 5 skills.

And getting 75 skill points out of 5 skill crews is not a foregone conclusion. Cause it is divided up amongst the number of members of crew. So a tank like the manticore or T100lt with 2-3 crew could give you close to 75 points a tank like the Maus can give you less than 60.

Its Call of Duty Perk system for WoT, Enjoy :P

It's amazing what you learn when you read and watch the information put out...

after level 75 you get Specialist progression which for each level buffs your vehicle handling up by a certain amount of % you will actually be GAINING more for your effort rather than useless skills.

it is exactly that specialist progresion that is rather worrysome....

i find the difference for a 5 skill crew to a 7 skill crew in the new system is not a lot seeing as it take on avarage around 26.5 million xp to go from 100% crew with 0 skills to 100% on 7th skill and a 5 skill crew costs around 6.5 million xp.

To go from specialist class 1(75) to advanced specialist is WAY more than 20 million xp for the sake of 19% better handling ?

I dont know why it just feels as if the conversion does not match unless im just not seeing it :D

Also some of the skills and buff's will make some tanks just flat out better

Beyond level 75, if you want an extra 15% vehicle handling it will cost you 15 crew books or 3,750,000 XP. It’s like having an extra 1.5 food on your tank.
