This would be the logical conclusion but I also wouldn't be surprised if they just give us Duke and move on next month to something else

Mighty dissapointed there is no Cobra commander. This Duke guys sucks. I want my super cool super villain!
EDIT: 200 voice lines? nice! Now please give us chance to earn Cobra, with 200 voice lines. Please in guaranteed drops or at least a grind for it, but not RNG.

Pretty sure Cobra Commander will be in the next drop, I can't see them hyping both of them up and then only giving Duke as a commander. That being said if they do drop Cobra Commander, I hope they got someone who sounds like him, his voice is pretty unique and the original voice actor who did the voices in the 80s cartoon passed away years ago.
