Well one can say many bad things about it, but it is good at one thing... collecting dust.

1.release premium tanks which are balanced compared to tech tree vehicles (T34, Lowe)
2.release new over powered premium tanks and reward vehicles (scorpion g , progetto 46, 279e...)
3.start buffing old tanks to get them on the level of new over powered tanks (superpershing, object 140, STB...)
4.nerf op premium tanks which everyone already bought so there is no point keeping them competitive (Scorpion G accuracy from 0.3 to 0.5 etc)
5.game is somehow balanced now repeat all steps above and milk your infinite cash cow #Stonks

all credit goes to wargaming and the best playerbase which supports this

It was a fun tank for awhile.

 

Then WG added clown cars.

 

Then it became crap.

I think you forgot point "3.5" where you put the tin foil hat on a bit too tight.

 

WG doesnt need to nerf old premium tanks in anyway, they just add new stronger premium tanks.

 

Also, when Löwe was released it was pretty damn strong tank, and better than Tiger 2. Most people dont remember but this was back in the day when gold ammo was really for gold only. And of course Type 59 was stupidly strong.

I see this as the Spähpanzer Ru 251 replacement since it was moved to tier 9.

 

I got this HWK for gold like 2 years ago now (?) on the Christmas Advent calendar sale for gold. It was really cheep like 5.X k gold.

 

Only played it on Frontlines. I really like it. It's better than the regular tier 8 lights that I only played to grind them. And the 240 damage (?) gun with decent dpm let bully most other non-EBR lights and sometimes outplay a med or two. I don't have a blackdog but I think I'd still prefer this as the blackdog has such a huge potato shaped easy to hit turret.

you see i will never understand this comparisons to tin foil hat guys which spread conspiracies like ufo or chemtrails,  you are just person which is lacking information here,  game developer can do whatever he wants with the code of the game and their main goal is to make money so why not nerf old premium tank which already made the buck, you want to tell me that its legit for gun with 0.3 accuracy to miss so often meanwhile bourrasque newer premium tank with 0.4 accuracy hits almost always even at long distance
