I don't know who picked the crewskills of those tanks, but you better fire him/her......

Repair as first skill.....

Repair as 1st skill on paper tanks like Cromwell is useless, everybody can penetrate everywhere and if you are tracked in the middle of the battlefield, means that you are in the wrong place.

With Cromwell it's better don't take hits than repair faster.

I would prefer go with a specific skill set for light armored medium tanks

6th sense - camo - bia

Snap shot - camo - bia

Smooth ride - camo - bia

Sit. Awa - camo - bia

Safe stow - camo - bia

About equipment I use Optics, Imp. Rotation and Vents, it fires enought fast even without rammer (3.7 sec).

My 2 cents

Not played the Udes 15/16, but if you used it as a crew trainer for that would think taking repair is all that bad? Genuinely asking as it would have been the sorta thing I do, take the hit now for the gain later sorta thing.
