Okay so i got hacked a while back.

I wrote to wargaming that i am missing around 8 tanks ( 1 premium 2 reward tanks ) .

The bastard sold my tanks bought some crapchanged a lot of things.

So wargaming said to rollback my account to 31.08 and I said but what if the changes still are not enough and the hacker made changes before that date like 30.08.

They did not give a crapabout it .

I told them 100000 times i want my account back to how i left it .

I even told them to rollback it to 01.08 but NOOO

This discussion was going on for 48 hours or more ( 2 days )

The great greedy WarGaming does not give a crapabout the tanks and credits I lost or the damage of my account.

The question is, how did you manage to get your account hacked? Don't you have proper security on your PC?

They offered you a rollback to a certain date, you wanted to roll back further.

 

Why is Wagaming the greedy one when it is YOU who wants more than what they offer?

Rollbacks are based on snapshots we take of accounts, aka we save the state of your account once a month and only save them for a short while (think of the storage needed lol). 

 

So simply put, a different day would be impossible as we do not have a snapshot from that day.
