Edit: The russian modders have updated their mod and it's superior to this one.

eXtended Visualization Mod for World of Tanks - http://code.google.com/p/wot-xvm/

Download the newest version (currently XVM 1.4-test4) - http://code.google.c.../downloads/list

After installing open wot-xvm-proxy.exe.config and edit proxy_servers section to use a single string of aHR0cDovL3dvdC1yYXRpbmdzLmFwcHNwb3QuY29tL3JhdGluZ3MvMi8yLyUx

Then open res\gui\flash\XVM.xvmconf and edit showPlayersStatistics to true

Also take note that the producer of World of Tanks stated that game modifications which show player's statistics are not welcome on official forums - http://forum.worldof...ost__p__7256261 . All related threads and posts were removed, including threads linking to WoT-XVM, like this one currently is.

Вопрос - по моду с процентами побед в ушах уже информацию собрали? Как он сервер нагружает - сильно или нет?
И будут ли за него баны в скором времени?

Нагружает. Поэтому все ссылки на форуме мы на него уберём.
Банов не будет.

Hey,

nice work. I know the situation, when you're wondering about a players performance and you have to leave the battle to check his stats and see how he is performing. So '+' from me.

But i have one question, how will that database get the information about players? You say, that there will be one request every 3 seconds, but I am a technical noob, so please explain it a bit further, how that happen and works.

Good work. Will install that tomorrow.

best regards

The mod has it's own remote server with it's own database, the client mod does not make any requests to worldoftanks.eu.

The rate I was talking about is how frequently the mod's remote server will make requests to worldoftanks.eu.

WoT server is a very precious resource, thus needs to treasured :)

In Map Loading Panel after the "%" the next number, what does that show? Games played with that tank or what?

It's the efficiency rating, read up in the main post.

It's efficiency.
Nice work man, I'll give it a try. http://forum.worldof...le_honoring.gif
By chance can you display ingame efficiency (color coded too) instead winrate? It will be perfect for me because winrate is useless for me.

Is it normal that I see data of only 2-3 players in match? I even don't see my own.

Sure:
For standard icons - http://dl.dropbox.co...iency-flash.zip
For custom icons - http://dl.dropbox.co...iency-flash.zip

In about half an hour, once the cache will be rebuild, you should show up. Including everyone else, if you load the replay.

Just tested. Works flawless. http://forum.worldof...le_honoring.gif
Just 2 questions
Not all players have ratings (maybe because they are not in Hall of fame?)

Posted Image

And when minimized I see only percentage instead names (is it by designs?)

Posted Image

An if I see efficiency instead WR I'll be EXtreme happy. :)

My local archive of wot-stats.appspot.com data was used for the initial database. Building the database will take some time, by using the mod you're helping at that ;)

I can build you a rating-less version, if you wish.

Look up :)

Edit: Also you should be using the standard flash mod, your icons are reversed.

Me EXtreme happy now. Kudos man. http://forum.worldof...le_honoring.gif

So now I'll see ratings instead names? Not a (big) problem but I guess that you don't have space for both.
Thanks man.

What reversed? I'm playing like this from ~16k games. :D
I'm using your mirrored icons because I'm with zuamgua icon mod.

Now I see my problem, it's not that I've not read, but I didn't and I still don't understand what "efficiency" represents...

What exactly does that number shows and how is it calculated?
Because on the player stats on WoT website or the in game ones I don't see an "efficiency" stat.

They look like standard, just colored, so left/right should be positioned by opposing each other. But I see that the text is correct, so that's the way it's intended :)

You've read it and still missed the link?

The things that are taken into account are there - http://wot-news.com/...p/stat/calc/en/

Man you have a link in main post. Click on it. ;)
IMO is a fair method to calculate someone "skill".

LE:  AlongTheMilkyWays I've posted your mod in 3 of our forums. Hope that user base will grow quickly because I really like your mod. :)

Yes that was my bad, I didn't click the link in 1st post because I thought I needed to download something. Thanks anyway.

Now I understand what's all this fuss about "efficiency", and it makes sense it's better than WB.

Dude you are...awesome. Even with snibs work, the bkonst version looked like a nightmare for non-tech savvy me. You have made it easy, thank you. As soon as I get off the laptop will try it on the game PC.
