But it would also help if people would start to pay for their music and films again. To many are downloading everything. I'll never download any MP3 of film, I do not like piracy.

I only have a basic understanding, but I know it's not too late.  Many countries have already signed on the agreement, UK included, but it still needs to be approved by the EU or else it's useless.  This is what we are trying to stop.

it's an agreement not a law
as far as I know, only laws have to be in line with EU rules and regulations

ISPs do not want to track us and try delay this as long as they can they need us as customers but the government may force them too.

Big problem with these laws is that it has not been clearly established how much actual damage piracy does. Lots of big numbers thrown around without actual credible research. Usually these laws are extremely over the top compared to the actual scope of the issue in hand. Civil liberties take huge damage because politicians don`t seem to have backbone to tell industry people to get out of their office with their brib... Excuse me, "campaign contributions".

It doesnt matter how much damage it causes because those greedy tards have enough money for everything they would ever need in their life, but they want more money. Their brains are like 'more money! MORe MORE MORE MORE MOOOOAAAAAR MONEY!!!!'
Seriously, why dont those people just die so that this planet becomes a little better....

I'm not rich either. So if I cannot afford something I will not buy it. I would love to my some vinyl or CD's. But no cash so I do not buy them, nor do I download them since I prefer not to perform acts of piracy.

And you want everything for free just because you are to cheap to spend some money on music? The average band is NOT rich.

There are legal ways to get free music. For example with flatster which searches a song on radios on the internet and records it for you in a really good quality. This is legal, at least in germany, because there is no law against it
Free users can get 20 free songs a week. The only disadvantage is that it sometimes takes forever to find the song
