The Blue Ribbon campaign stopped internet censorship last time, ACTA is simply another way for the government to censor it. Don't be fooled, they have been trying for years to do it and every time, they use a seemingly legitimate excuse but their methods are draconian at best. If implemented, it will not be long before they'll alter the guidelines to allow them to block anything they don't want you to see.

You don't need a license for the tanks, all of them fall under public domain as far as I know, it is part of the beauty of making WWII-based/heavy games is that only a small fraction of the equipment used by any country during the war (mostly airplanes funny enough) require licenses to recreate.
