Is it so hard to use the search function...

The P1000,P1500 and the KV land battleship(or whatever it's called) will no be implemented as playable tanks...

The only way they could appear would be as "bosses" if a DotA style game mode is ever made (probably not and if so ,not in the next 5 years with WGs dedication to schedules)...

P.S. The modder still did a nice job.Although ,it doesn't really look like the drawings,I've seen of it ,it still looks awe-inspiring and gigantic  :Smile-hiding: .

P.S.S. And is that a chopper on the back ?

Naah it's German, he just needs to stab the lower front and it'll catch fire. Unless thats a Russian knife in which case he'll "ammo rack" it.

Forgotten Hope is the finest mod I have ever played. I've not played the BF2 edition in ages though.

Of course not, but im sure if he aims carefully he will be able to track him and let the atomic bomb do the rest.

Back then it was state-of-the-art. People are way too petted today. BF1942 (and Vietnam) was a great game, far more interesting than all of these dull modern day shit with always the same US technologies and this boring "Must.Defend.Western.World.From.Evil.Terrorism" plot. Maybe I should re-install it and have a few games with the BF1918 mod, too...

It's a ten year old game.... and many of the models in the game look amazing, this is a mod and a crappy one.

How do all the Ratte fanboys imagine it would be implemented?
Give it a MM value of 15 Tier X tanks?

Everytime I see this one I am amazed by the people responsible for it's existence, or rather their stupidity.
Germans were clearly instane about enormous, yet completely useless military equipment.

It's kind of telling even they never tried to build that thing... wonder if it's one of the fantasy projects Speer talked Adolf out of?

The project was actually conceived at Krupp's (unlike enormous trains made out of concrete it wasn't Hitler's own idea). It was supposed to be (as long with Maus) Krupp's response to Soviet heavy tanks, which at the time were KVs and T-35s...kinda overreaction to the problem (I'm pretty sure they were smoking crack - there's no other explanation for finest German engineers coming up with a 1000 ton tank).

Then they went with the idea to Hitler and he accepted it. Then they've been working on it for over a half year before Speer cancelled it in 1943. So it was stopped at the paper project level - effect of which we can see here.
And btw. I happen to be an engineer, that's why I find it utterly retarded, cause achieving even that stage of project using methods available in 1940's (no cad, no stress simulation, no 3d modelling, only calculations by hand and drawing by hand) takes tremendeous amount of work, manpower and money and it was pretty obvious waste of it from the beginning (at least for a reasonable human being, but not for them - cuz they actually came up with P1500 while working on this piece of junk).
