I'm pretty sure there are plenty of us from Upnorth (The five Nordic countries; Iceland, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Sweden) that are in need of a channel of their own or at least a combined channel called "Upnorth" for example.
The theme of the "Upnorth"-League can be found from different gaming communities that are similar to WoT. Although it would be nice if WG would open up for such channel. It would at least open up for a better diplomatic ground for us to consolidate great CW teams to challenge the rest of Europe.
Thanks in advance.

I agree. In Finland we have many players also in Wot and perhaps also in WoW (warships). So it really would be nice to get channel for finnish speaking players.

Because in Nordic countries we are educated and able to get along with english only channels.
(Turkish channel, really? It's a big market per population but are there tankers playing WoT, really? I bet Finland alone is massive cash cow compared to some "markets", but our growth potential is close to zero. Because that, not a single effort to recognize finnish market)

On a sidenote, separate language channels promote nationalism that bit more, yay for a more fragmented world...NOT.

I don't understand the devs. Is that really difficult to use common sense? I've got mad by mods saying on general chat that use english or ban, and banning ppl cant speak english (i put all of them on ignore list, that just look better, it doesnt hurt me if there are posts on different languages). I know, thats the rule, but...
If u are a young guy, or an older but not too educated, u probably dont speak english. If u start the game u get the general chat as permanent and ONLY chat. If u are new you cant wait to go out and kill, last think u want to explore the boring buttons and forums. When u get stuck want mates or need any help whats the first u try? find an other from ur country to ask. as u dont understand the warnings of the mods u just find urself banned quickly. (i was nearly banned cos helped an other guy on my mother language to find our channel, as there is no official one)
really the solution is to keep the general chat english only, or it would be better to let it be multilingual and create an english official one, or even better if you give an official channel automatically by the selected installation language next to the general one? really that would be so difficult to do it? i dont think so. but sure, banning ppl is easier.
also a tabbed chat window would be appreciated.
thx

I like the idea of a scandinavian channel.
And we are a lot of gamers.
With my friends i guess we are in a place between 20 - 40 players.
