Compensation for team killing

Hi!
I just came out of a game where our team had more or less the upper hand. Both teamed had gotten to the other teams base and me(AMX 13 75) and an IS started capping.
This is when a couple of the other "team players" started to type things like "no cap", "noobs", "kill all", etc.. But even though I was at full health and could probably make it to the home base and "kill them all", I wasnt ready to take the chance and potentially lose. This is a typical situation where there's only high tiered tanks left on both teams which could easily wipe my whole team out, so I was not going to risk losing just because some loud mouths were trying to tell me to.
So I continued capping. ..And our KV-5 suddenly started to shoot me, twice - resulting in my death. I was compensated for this with 145 credits for the damage he caused, which took me from 100% to 0%. The repair cost was 4713 credits.
Should the compensation for friendly fire be the exact same as the repair cost?

The Kv5 should get some Credits...
if the Team shouts stop cap towards you... U should stop cap they know they will win without it.
most of the time only 3-4 enemys left and u waste credits and EXP for the Team.

That's very true, I'll rephrase.
fine is 20 credits x damage
so 100 damage = 2000 fine and so on.
anyway, regardless if damage is done with or without intention , why is victim punished, that's what i dont understand :/
example of RL situation.
If i steel car from one of Devs
and on court, i get 10 months for theft but dev will get depending on how expensive his car is, or put it in game based on tier , 1 month per tier
Fiat punto =tier1
Glanza = tier 3 scout (my car
BMW M3 = tier6
Lambo = tier 10
no disrespect to drivers of any of mentioned cars , it was just example

The thing is that they wont know that until they experience either a loss or a victory. Neither the allied nor the enemy team knows of the skills of the other players. As earlier stated I'd rather have a safe victory, than a potential loss.

Maybe this time but often its 80% of my Team vs 3 Fleeing Tanks and 2 or 3 Genius starts capping.

no player has the right to tell others what they should do, especially not shooting someone down.

Ok with the insistance that some players have on no capping and going as far as to call you a noob and shoot at you if you do it. What is wrong with capping.
I am in my tier IV capping the enemy base while some tier IX and X are left, the higher tiers have got some kills and want to go for the rest. They do the usual and try to convince me, now I am low tier and the best way for me to get exp is therefore to cap, as I can hardly damage the ops high tiers and stand more risk of being killed.
WG states that the team gets more points for capping, the only benefit is for the few higher tier players to get more points just for themselves by killing the opposing players, which of course me in my low tier wagon would struggle to do.
Smacks of selfish personal gain rather than teamwork, unless of course I am wrong and WG have been misleading?
In regards to compensation for damage, I have been fined huge amounts when someone has run into me while I am stationary, hardly fair especially when they repeatedly do it because I am in a position they wish to be in.

Teamkilling is not fined nearly enough in my view. I'd go one step further, we all know an accidental single shot from a high tier tank can easily take out a low tier team mate and it's hard to prove it as accidental. However if more than one hit is required to kill the team mate then it must be deemed to be intentional...whatever the reason! The fine could be twice or three times of the repair bill of the victim with him also getting this amount in compensation.
Now I know we've all come across the idiot in the light tank blocking a high tier comrade and generally being disruptive and a nuisance (I've killed a few of them in my time) but I still feel that restraint should win over frustration and make guys think a bit more before resorting to teamkilling. I was in a game recently where I was in a T-50 going for a hill with an AMX50 120 when we touched tracks and both ground to a halt...he subsequently two shotted me in frustration. It was probably my fault for causing the crash (you know how twitchy these little tanks can be) but what he did was not called for...pure arrogance and I LOL'd when he got nailed by an E100 within a minute of killing me.

So we like playing with tanks, we like tanks, right? We wanna experience tank battles. IRL tank battles not about kill every f*cking tank on the map, but get control on strategic points, and hold them!
But some bloodthirsty smartass just can't get it. Battles not about killing, but win, team win!
More xp for killing some low HP unlucky tanks? Really?
I only stop capping if somebody close to Top Gun or Boelter medal, I don't wanna f*ck up their match if they deserve that award. Otherwise I continue, I have not come this far through the half of the enemy team to let some other guy kill harmless tanks in a hidden spot of the map.

I quote what WG say about more points for capping than for killing all enemy, after all they should know.
If you are out early you don't get many points, each person as far as I know gets points based on cap, defence, damage to opposition tanks. I often get tiered with tanks 4 or 5 tiers higher than me (more often than I get with equal tiers), this means its harder for me to damage opposition tanks.
So you get the high tier guys who have a few kills getting upset with a low tiers capping as they want to get more exp for themselves by amassing more kills. Nothing to do with exp for the whole team.
I have been in a game where I was took out when capping by a blue on blue, called a noob for capping and then the eejit only got killed and we lost the game. Who was the selfish one then.
So show me where it explains that you get more points for everyone in the team for killing all the opposition than you do get for everyone for capping.

Indeed. But its either more experience for the ones who cap (which may include everyone) or more experience for the one killing the last enemies. Plus, you never see the ones capping doing any friendly fire towards team mates just because one of them is on their way to kill an enemy
Killing the last few enemies is in fact way more egoistic than sharing the points from capping. They too could cap, but they chose not to.

An arty killed me, because he thought that he can shoot anything, and it didn't matter if a friendly tank was hugging his target, no... So he shot me once, I told him he should apologise, we got into an argument and he killed me...
And I only got 2k compensation while it costs me 16k to repair my tank, and he took all 1900 HP from me on his own.
So yes, I think the compensation should be WAAAAY higher.

So why do I get a banner on many battles I have been in saying 'you get more points for capping than killing all the enemy team'.
I have been in too many battles where cocky people say don't cap because they want the personal glory and points for themselves, then we lose (or they get taken out at least and claim everyone else is a noob).

They invented a patch for it too..Invader...I have some..You?
On the subject of compo...they should double the fine and make sure the victim has not only his share of the battle exp and credits (as if he played to the end)
He should get repairs covered at least.
I got fined more than once when other tanks ram into me and it was their fault?
Just for my info how are collisions sorted and who is to blame?
